Lovestretch is one of my favorite online stores.
You receive real customer service from Lovestretch. I have had many email conversations with Gill regarding the fit, style, and availability of items. Because I am in the US I didn't want to order something and then have to return it. Gill has even called me on the phone to clarify what I am looking for and what Lovestretch can do to make my shopping experience better. They make shopping fun and have a great website and fantastic customer service!

I have been a customer of Lovestretch for about 1 year now and have purchased few times garments from the site. I like the quality, the trendy styles and the good fit of the clothes I bought.
I already recommended the Lovestretch site to my gym buddies and my closest girlfriends. Gill has been extremely helpfull.

Excellent service
Because I work in the business and because I know Gill well, I know how much effort goes into doing all we can to make sure each customer gets individual service tailored to their needs and that each customer is given the chance as quickly as possible of enjoying the clothes they want to wear.
We are always looking to develop what we do in ways that will help our customers and make them want to come back. Trustpilot is one of those ways. It is important to us because we need feedback in many different ways if we are going to be any good. Other people need to see that feedback so they can decide if they want to trust us.
Because independent customer feedback is so important to us and our customers we are also looking for feedback on Facebook, Twitter and elsewhere, including through direct conversations with customers over the telephone and emails. Please contact us if there is something we need to hear.
Quite rightly a lot of effort is going into reassuring customers they can trust us to give them the clothes they want and that we are people they can do business with safely. Hopefully Trustpilot will help us with that work.
