The difference between "Good" and "Great"
Any company can do a good job if all goes to plan, however great companies act when there is an issue. There was an issue but it was resolved with no fuss and easy for me, very happy with the outcome and will be using Love Tiki all the time now.

Sell items they don’t even stock.
They sell items which they no longer stock, you then have to chase up them up as there communications are non existent.
I phoned about my order and was told they are sorry but they don’t stock the ordered item anymore, but they could get them from a supplier at 4 times the cost.
5 days on and the item is still listed on there website for sale, they do only have a shopify site, which allows you to remove products in about 10 seconds.
