Ethically sourced high quality, effective products. Expert advice in store. Brilliant mail order service, especially for gifts which can be gift wrapped and are a treat to receive. Julie the owner is accessible and offers a personal and highly efficient service.... and goes the extra mile. She and her husband run a happy and highly competent team.

Julie and all at Lovetob are just wonderful and the products are SO lovely - I have a subscription order which comes every 2 months as I live 100s of miles away but I visit the shop in Ringwood whenever I visit my son and daughter in law - it’s just gorgeous xx

So releived when the phone was answered by an actual human, not only that it was Julie (owner of Lovetob), how cool is that, to talk to the actual person who owns and produces these wonderful product. Hello I came in yesterday with my 16yr old daughter asking advice for an allergic reaction and acne -the lady Ali was so lovely with my daughter and really helped us out-my daughters skins has really calmed down since thank you so much for being so kind and helpful to her xx

Wonderful moisturising range from a genuinely green business. Gorgeous fragrances and not overwhelming (even better than Lush). Bath & hand wash in particular is so kind to my older skin. Every time I wash my hands it’s a little treat :)

All of the people at love2b have been so wonderful and attentive. Many skin issues I have had myself and with my young family have been cared for and resolved by this amazing team. We could never be without you!

I’ve tried every cleanser on the market and they always seem to make my skin breakout after a while however the lovetob cleanser is just the best! Totally natural, smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling so soft and clean! Also picked up some wax melts that smell incredible! They will now be the only ones I use! They also have a beautiful range of gifts and lovely packaging ❤️

Ordered the face serum and a box of bath bombs for a friends 40th who is vegan and into supporting small businesses. Very impressed with the service and speed plus the items were well packaged and a free mini soap and note were sent along too - I reluctantly gave this to my friend though :) She is also very pleased and impressed with her gift. Recommend!

I went on a soap making course with the lovely ladies of Lovetob, i found them to be professional yet friendly and so welcoming. I also purchased some lovely gifts for family and myself from the shop while i was there. I can't recommend them highly enough. I am using their natural soap which has improved my spit and dry skin on my face, i suffer with polycystic ovaries and have always struggled with my skin, it is now the best it has ever been after only a month, i now only moisturise once a week as my skin feels better. I have their mint lip balm and feet moisturiser. I got very happy in the shop with all the wonderful natural smells and i didn't come out with a headache like i do with a certain local to poole company.
I've also switched to the shampoo bar, which i was very sceptical about, but now not having to wash my hair everyday, as it's not greasy. It took a few weeksfor my hair to settle, but it was worth it and it's actually cheaper than the two bottles of conditioner and 1 bottle of shampoo a month, as i have crazy long wavy hair.
I would recommend the course to anyone, its a great way to spend the day and you get a yummy cream tea at the end of it as well as all your soap to take home.

Well I am impressed with this company. I ordered one afternoon and received my items the next day before lunchtime. The package was very well wrapped and I received a free gift to try also. The smell emanating from the package was lovely and although the soaps were slim, I only paid a few quid for them in the first place. I will definitely order from this company again, especially for special occasions like birthdays etc. for family and friends.
