From when our offer was accepted, to picking up the keys we were thoroughly impressed with how Lovett handled the process. David and Rosie were so friendly, helpful, and proactive. As first time buyers, and unaware of the process, David kept us up-to-date throughout. All of my questions were answered immediately, and David and Rosie went out of their way to make sure we were prepared for every step. Our experience with Lovett Sales & Lettings could not have been better!

Both David and Rosie were very good during the whole process of the sale of our property. Due to the Covid19 lockdown this went on much longer than expected but it was always David who was able to provide an update on progress of the sale from each party involved in the chain rather than the solicitor.

Good service and attention. Possibly overvalued the property initially making a price reduction necessary before much buyer interest. They were very good and persistent when a problem further down the chain delayed the sale.
