Update 10/4/2019 - court papers issued and no response to me or the courts, now awaiting judgement to be granted but doubt they will pay up, complete set of thieving ba****ds. Shame I can’t give 0 stars what a joke, waiting for deposit back since 26november cancelled in line with their terms of contract, just lies after lies from various staff members, court papers written up and being served to them next week, do not use this company YOU have been warned oh and 100872 is my contract number and you have until Monday 11th February to contact me, check the 15 emails, 3 letters and answer phone messages for my phone number or you will be in court, if you run a reputable business give me MY money, you have done nothing not made anything, so all that deposit is mine. Stop stalling Pay up now

This company is a mess they lie and that put the wrong windows in and when you phone them up that say it will be put right .when they bring the new door that should have be put in but never turned up .should have finished the job in September. Called a number of times but the do not phone back that have ignored my calls and not a good company. to use lost a lot of money because of them .
Need new doors still and windows still needs to be put right.
Do not trust anything that say to you the worst company in the worldwide .

Well after my first bad review I have to take it all back Adam got onto me and after some discussion about the survey due to my going on holiday at short notice he promised to get someone round during the weekend starting the 1st February I had to ring when I got back I wasn’t holding my breath but when I got back rang the number he gave and was told they would be there between 10 and 11 sat morning and they were he surveyed them and said he would process them and we would here shortly to fit them there was no one more surprised than me when I got call on wed 6th he called to ask if it was possible to fit tomorrow I said yes the 2 lads arrived just after dinner it’s now 4 30 and they are just finishing off the windows are excellent and there work is spot on they’ve cleaned up and I am really pleased a great result

Wow I am absolutely suprised in the way love windows have treated me throughout the whole procedure is unbelievable when I ordered my windows I wasn’t 100% satisfied due to reading a lot of Misleading reviews on here but I went with my instincts and went with the order from when I signed the contract to the fitters finishing love windows have stayed in contact keeping me satisfied I am very happy in the way love windows has delivered their presence my windows look wonderful thank you so much I would definitely recommend these guys

Very cold day with the British weather etc but the fitters got on with job and cleared up properly after them. Both of us are pleased with the finished product and also felt good value for money!!
