The whole process ran smoothly. They kept me informed from when the order was placed until it was completed. The chap that did the job was fantastic. He cleaned up as he went along. I had nothing do do but sit down and relax when he left.

First time I've ever written negative a review but these guys are something else - missed appointments. unanswered phones - half of them don't even know what their selling very inexperienced staff. Very shoddy business I'm surprised there are any decent reviews here.

Abysmal company - do not use! substandard windows, unprofessional and rude staff. The damage that has been caused to my house is is catastrophic - stained carpets, cracked rendering, broken blinds, damaged wooden flooring (fitters refuse to use protective floor covering)..
I am so out of pocket because of the incompetence of Love Windows.

The process of ordering the windows was easy, the sales team were friendly. The gentleman who fitted the windows was friendly and whilst fitting the windows was professional, clean and tidy, and done a great job. Windows look great, very happy.Will definitely recommend to love windows

Absolutely brilliant service from love windows , with in seconds of submitting a request for a quote I received a phone call and the very same day a guy was able to come out and give us a quote and provisionally booked us in. We then managed to get our new french doors and kitchen window fitted a week an half early! Fantastic speedy service quality products. I will be getting in touch later in the year to get more windows replaced, definitely worth the money and the staff are very helpful. Thank you again love windows. Highly recommended!

Love Windows changed my windows in November, I just had a call asking me to leave a review. I am happy with what they have done no problems yet. They did forget to leave me keys for the windows, but 2 week later I received them through the post.

The installation of our windows was very well organised. The fitting team arrived promptly. They were very professional, but friendly and approachable. Any concerns regarding the installation were dealt with and the windows were fitted efficiently to our satisfaction. They were very tidy and made minimal mess, cleaning as they went. We are very pleased with the job. We would highly recommend Love windows to anyone looking for new windows. A job well done. Thankyou
