Can’t thank love windows enough they have transformed my house definitely recommend this company great value for money and great customer service

Just had my windows futted by these guy and well what can I say the experience has been amazing I had 3 windows and a door they came at 8:30 and finished at 2pm the fitters were polite and tidied up after leaving no mess I definitely recommend these guys and hopefully will be getting some more work done by these guys keep it up 👍

We are very disappointed to leave a negative review as we’ve been lucky enough to have had very good service previously by other companies.

Yes the advert and price is too good to be true!!

Windows ordered and a substantial deposit paid in October 2018 with assurances they would be fitted before Christmas.

No communication from Love Windows informing of any delays, 1st survey carried out in November, numerous calls later another survey carried out a few weeks ago where all the measurements and window details were incorrect and the surveyor got the deposit we paid incorrect three times!!

When contacting Love windows they have informed us that it was lunch hour, there was no one able to deal with our issues and to call back... no one answered our call backs!

Adam called yesterday but we were unable to talk due to being at work and he promised to call back after 5pm.... no call was received!

Email sent on the 26th January requesting our deposit back and yet again no response, which hasn’t surprised us at all.

This company is not to be trusted, absolutely shocking customer service, no updates and we are extremely disappointed. I’d advise anyone thinking of using this company to seriously reconsider and pay more for a local reputable company, the stress it is causing us and our deposit not being returned is not worth it, we now wished we had used a local company!!!

Shame on you Love Windows as it appears from other reviews you have lied and cheated numerous people!!!

With all due respect Adam not once were we informed that the business was closed for three weeks over the Christmas period as we were informed that the windows would be fitted before Christmas, your reply is extremely hard to believe, also how would you have been able to fit miss measured windows? Why the lack of communication? Why have we not received call backs when promised? Why was my email not answered? It is absolutely shocking and many others have and are still suffering a highly substandard service from Love Windows!

We want our deposit back as requested on the 26th January 2019 so we are able to have our windows replaced by a company that is responsible, honest and does a professional job.

I’m highly critical due to the lack of service and updates your company has provided along with the high number of negitive reviews Love Windows has received regarding this, substandard poor quality product and down right shoddy workmanship!!

Still waiting for my Buildings certificate of completion! Called 24 helpline, guess what...…. no one there. Not Fensa or Certass registered. Want me to apply to Local Authority, for certificate, me to pay for it, and then they'll reimburse me. Not a chance! Trading Standards and Ombudsman notified. ……. 2 days on and no reply, yet others who contacted you 2 days ago, have had theirs, and who's giving these 5* reviews recently? Atta ,Yousef, Jabed, Mohammed etc.... Smacks of 'mates' reviews to me!

Great service from this company would recommend to any one looking for windows to be installed in to their homes etc well mannered and loving company

A salesman turned up to quote, not pushy but a bit nieve. Gave us a very low price which actually shocked us. Showed us a window that looked good. First lie was that they were not FENSA registered as they had to be in business 5 years..checked..not true. Looked on CERTASS website..the company they said insured their work..no sign, text salesman who said they had applied fot this will be 3-6 weeks. Rang certass..guess what..another lie never applied. This means that if they go bust..which i am sure rhey will soon..you have nobody to sort any problems out. Salesman said he would speak to boss and get back to me..but not suprisingly never did. It is your choice because they will give a rediculously low price..a company who lie from the start never do a good job. Really not sure hpw they thought they could get away with that one.

Update

Had a call from the manager who apologised for the things the sales rep had said. I gratefully accepted the apology and although I will never know if the sales man dig himself into a hole himself or had been trained this way, I accept that the company have accepted and dealt with it. I would personally not go with a company with no fensa or certass registration so did not feel able to negotiate with them. I am sorry I can not remove the reveiw as requested because unfortunately he was representing love windows and I only wrote the facts, but did appretiate the company taking the time to apologise.

Top job. Had 9 widows fitted and couldn't be more happy with the services I recieved. Came on the day I was told and the 3 fitters they sent pete Nigel and jack were brilliant. Straight forward from start to finish. Left clean and tidy Would definitely recommend to others. :) Joe

Received exceptional customer service from the receptionist Adam and even the fitters, the quality of the windows for the price i got was unbelievable. Would recommend love windows to anyone it really is a stress free experience.
