Karen Allen from Aspen Travel arranged our trip to India. Karen is a very professional agent and nothing was too much trouble for her. We will always use Karen for our holiday tours in the future because it is so good to be able to speak to one person instead of a customer service centre. Karen also arranged our aircraft seats for our flights. All relevant paperwork was timely and correct. She also returned any emails or telephone calls very quickly.
All this gave us a hassle free and very enjoyable trip.

This is the first time we have used Low Cost deals and we will use them again in future.We found a tour we liked then rang them if they did it. they did and saved us 5% on the price which was a good saving.Other than the savings they were very helpful all way though the booking and kept us up to date on everything and we have received our tickets well in advance of departure date

Pick up mistakes from tour operators.

Since we found this company five years ago we have booked a number of sea cruises and river cruises through them and we are so pleased with the service and prices they obtain for us that we would not consider anywhere else. Helen Price always deals with our enquiries in a really efficient way and is friendly and helpful. I was looking for a trip to see the Northern Lights and couldn't find exactly what I was wanting on the Hurtigruten website.

Lucy and the rest of the team are a pleasure to deal with. The company saved me money when booking me a holiday as an agent for a well known company. Had I booked direct with the other company, I would have paid around £600 more. I checked with the other company and they could not price match. Nothing was a problem and any query was quickly dealt with. As an example I wanted to book my aeroplane seats but the company providing the holiday stated they were unable to provide my flight reservation number as it was part of a block booking. Lucy was able to provide the necessary information within 15 minutes of my asking for her help, That's what I call service.
