We had a helpful conversation on the phone and managed to find holiday that hopefully will be good choice at low cost.

Totally unacceptable to take FULL payment for a holiday 48 hours before making an announcement of the company going into administration.

How can you possibly send this to review low cost holidays! After booking a summer holiday, taking my money & then cancelling it. Leaving me with no hotel & no airport transfers that I have paid for. Utterly disgusting & selfish! How can people do this! Iris an absolute disgrace.

You took my holiday booking on Wednesday 13th July knowing u were going into administration! I paid with the money my dad left me when he died, Thanks a lot, can't believe I got this e mail! Fuming, it's absolutely disgusting

Absolut shambles. They should not of done our booking only to go into adminastration the next day so angry with this company.

After a lot of shopping around it definitely offered best value for money.

So, I book what I think is a great holiday on Wednesday only for them to bust on Friday !!

I gave you 5 stars as it was the only way I could comment on this situation. I could not believe it when this e-mail arrived - yesterday Low Cost Holidays went into administration an you are asking me to rate them. I have lost my deposit and probably the room at the hotel I was going to - but hey ho - life goes on and I find this a really strange request - I am sharing my experience but it probably won't be published.

An easy efficient booking and great value, hope the hotel stands upto the same high standard as the booking process

Took my money the day before going bust very well done

Booked holiday and paid for it as the price had gone up from previous week. Then 24 hours later they go into administration.
Not only did they take my money knowing they weren't going to fulfill it.....they raised the price so they could rob me of more.
I can't believe people are giving them 5 stars after they went bust. This makes Trustpilot website seem untrustworthy and the reviews fake or unreliable.

Paid over £4k for a holiday in 3 weeks time only to find out they have gone into liquidition today from resort hoppa (an external company used for transfers) Absolutely disgraceful, they would have been aware months ago that the company is not a going concern. The management needs to be held to account in particular Paul Evans the CEO including the auditors of their last filed accounts who have clearly not fulfilled their duties.

Rubbish take your money and 2 days later gone bust!

Booked and payed for holiday on the 13th july for low cost to go bust by the 15th had a nitemare 24hrs trying to make sure the flights and apartments had been payed for off the company pure shocking that they even let me book the holiday

Allowed me to book my holiday and pay in full for them to go bust the next day .

Perfect choice , quality and accessible for everyone

Booked it, they cancelled because price had gone up . Took my money . Went into administration. God knows when i'll get my money back . Robbers.
