DISGUSTING SERVICE
Booked cruise for August 2027, then recieved a cheaper quote from another Planet Cruise rep a week later. Called our sales person and was told it was an error - over £100 cheaper but accepted the apology. 2 weeks later had an offer email, on checking price nearly £300 less than we were paying. Rang again to be rudely told basically bad luck by the retention department. I said worked out cheaper to cancel, lose £250 and re-book. So disgusted with the whole fiasco that we decided to cancel and lose £250. After 2 weeks of making cancellation request no contact as promised. Called again and managed to speak to an agent in South Africa who sorted it and I paid the cancellation fee. Staff charming when selling, different story when you want help after. UK staff most unhelpful. Not an independent Company - part of Iglu cruises, which I did not realise on booking. Had a terrible experience with them in Covid and had to claim money back through Credit Card. 9% of customers score them 1 out of 5 - AVOID

Anthony was amazing. My brother-in-law has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, so I have been trying to book a last-minute cruise. I have contacted other companies, but Anthony, by far, has been the most helpful.

Asked about cancelling a cruise and was told it would cost £795, so I reluctantly agreed to it. After cancelling they then refused to give any of my money back to me.

We have booked many cruises through Planet Cruise. On this occasion we had our 1st NCL cruise booked. 4 months before we were to depart they dropped a major itinerary change. Planet arranged for us to cancel this cruise for a full refund and booked us onto what will be our 1st Marrella cruise. All funds transferred within 48 hours. Friendly staff were helpful and efficient. Communication was excellent.

My experience with Seb
My experience with planet cruise today and yesterday was make so easy by Seb. Yesterday i was having the worst day trying to get everyones request for our cruise, got on the phone to Seb and he was just amazing, he knew what to do straight away, talking me through every part of the booking, making sure i was happy with every step. Awful experience and not Tailor Made save for price!
Awful experience. Tailor Made Bookings do not exist, once you've paid your deposit. You are then sidelined to emails, even if you have needs under Equality Act 2010. The communication was salvaged by one helpful male staff member but the sales staff member disappeared after commission. I shall not be entertaining travel with Planet Cruise again. The price is the only thing Tailor Made at Planet Cruise. When you call, post booking paid deposit, it's not unusual to be no 18 in the queue. Not a good experience!
