Don't be scared to call!
At the start, I spoke to a really lovely, helpful lady who was understanding and most of all listened!!! She came up with a solution that was easy to manage for me and explained everything all the way.
Once payed off, I made the mistake of cancelling the direct debit to soon. One call, and this was all sorted without issues.
