These personalized candles are simply fascinating. From the moment you receive them, the attention to detail in their design and presentation is truly impressive.

Everything perfect, shipping in less than a week and very good quality, it is my second order and I am very happy with the purchase and the customer service.

I placed an order in April and it took until the end of May to receive 4 personalised candles. One of them was spelled completely wrong! No quality control in their products? I contacted them immediately and was told they would send a new one - this was in early June. Over two months later I am still waiting for the replacement item - I have sent several emails to all the email addresses on their website and have had no response. I can't believe a company like this exists - DO NOT order anything from this company, I have never witnessed such abhorrent customer service after such terrible product quality!

I have never received my order since April and no one has replied by email! Please do not order! Scam!

Received my order 2 weeks late. Totally broken! They have ignored my emails since where I've requested a refund. This was over a month ago!

***I placed an order on the 12th of April. It’s is now the 21st of May and I still haven’t received anything. I received an excuse about delays due to the large volume of orders but this is litteraly ridiculous. They also stopped to answer my messages. It’s a scam!***

In the mean time they’ve reached out to me and investigated my order. They said the were suffering from delays and that my order would be on it’s way within a couple days. This was on the 21st of May. Still have not received my order nor a refund. Terrible!

I shopped on the website 2 months ago (order placed 10th of April). After waiting some time I contacted them via Whatsapp & mail, they told me personalized orders took longer, which I can understand. Finally after 1,5 months I get an e-mail the order is ready for sending. But after 3 weeks still nothing delivered + plus when I check the track & trace the order is pre-advised on the Spanish postal office, so nothing delivered to them either. I tried contacting them again several times via several ways and nobody is answering. This was an order for more than €100, I put a claim via Paypal. Really disgusting they can’t at least keep me informed. I have a lot of understanding for delays, human errors… but it is basic respect to keep your clients informed, especially when the order takes +2 months.

Beautiful jewellery!!! The quality is lovely, the colours really pop just like do on the website.

I am so pleased with this purchase, I was so impressed with my bracelets I straight away ordered more. I can see there are mixed reviews here, but honestly my experience was great, yes if you’re ordering not from Spain there may be a wait, but a quick email to the help centre and the lovely team, will assist you with tracking, time estimates etc. you really won’t regret you’re purchase, you’ll just wish you’d ordered more. Thank you LOWLITA&U for a wonderful service, quality products and friendly staff on hand.

ITS A SCAM! AVOID at all costs! Below 1 star! Like many other, I placed an order on the 1st of April. It’s is now the 28th of May and haven’t received my order. I have received a notification that the items would be delivered over a month ago and when following up with the company no response has been received, Terrible customer service and clearly a scam!

Avoid avoid avoid. I ordered on 8th March and it is now May the items have still not been received and everytime I contact customer service I get unhelpful replies. They are refusing to issue a refund for the items. This is a fraudulent company.

Ordered this 3 weeks ago (15th march), after a week I wanted an update as it’s a gift and time sensitive. I was told it was getting ready. I chased again and asked for a tracking number and still no reply, this is not a legitimate company and I will be contacting my bank.

I had a doubt about an order and I got a fast and kind reply.

I received the goods and am satisfied. Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars because the email address provided cannot be reached and 20 days have passed since notification of shipping, which I find very long within Europe. Communication needs improvement

Such a lovely company to buy from. Great communication, quick delivery and simply stunning jewellery. We have bought bracelets for our bridesmaids and flowers girls, so excited to give them to them.

Made an order the 4tb of December and today is 22nd and nothing. I tried to reach them via email but not response. Really awful and if I don’t get an answer this week I will involve the legal insurance
