Der Support ist unzuverlässig

Der Support ist unzuverlässig, es kommt keine Rückmeldung, auch nicht nach mehrerer Kontaktaufnahm, um das finale Problem zu beheben. Die Einweisung in die Digitale Dokumentation ist mangelhaft. Die Installation und in Betriebsnahem war gut.

Von der Klingel ist absolut abzuraten

Von der Klingel ist absolut abzuraten, zu leise auf dem Handy Zusatz Klingel im Haus zu groß Lösung über Steckdose angeblich nicht lieferbar, fachbetrieb kennt sich nicht aus scheinbar doch zu komplex - habe es leider für viel Geld eingebaut würde es definitiv nicht mehr machen - ohne Fachbetrieb nicht veränderbar -
