I paid for a lifetime license and today when I tried to log in I found out that the lifetime licenses were cancelled. I contacted support and they tell me that I have to pay again, this is a scam.

This is a scammer - years ago this developer sold so called "Lifetime licences" for the "Cerberusapp". In 2017 he decided to change the lifetimc license to a pay per month/year subsciption but promise... See more

Do not trust this company

I bought a lifetime license in 2014 and received an email 2 days ago saying that my account will expire. Nothing was mentioned at that time about an expiration date of the license, especially since you were promoting a so-called "lifetime" license. Now you ask to pay yearly and say that you were not expecting Cerberus to last that long... How can you be trusted to protect people when you can't even fulfill your promises ?????!?
I want my already paid-for lifetime license back!!!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible

I would give 0 stars if possible. They dont deserve 1 star. They are selling you their product, they take your money and then they disable your account. We made your company. Without us you would be just something in the past. A company that should be avoided by far. Do not support them.

This company cannot be trusted

This company cannot be trusted. They kicked some of the first customers who paid for a lifetime license because "they didn't think cerberus would last that long" translation => We wanted to grab the maximum of money and ditch the app quickly but because we are still here give us money for what you already paid for.

Their word mean nothing. I did the mistake to paid for a service and now here I am: a customer who got kicked in the dust.
Do not trust them.

Lifetime license revoked.

Paid for a lifetime license in 2014 which has apparently now expired. I've checked and I'm not dead, therefore my license shouldn't be either.
Shoddy and possibly illegal business practices here.

As with many other customers

As with many other customers, my LIFETIME license has expired even though they sent out an e-mail last year saying it would be honored and I'd continue having my LIFETIME license. Search around and you can also find how the company replies to customers complaining about this through e-mail, with cheeky and cynical attitude. Oh, and they delete posts about this issue in their forums.

A lifetime is what, a few years right?

Bought a lifetime subscription, company later decided "Nah, you know what, a few years is the same as a lifetime, we're expiring your license with no notice". Super shady, how could someone who's purchased a subscription in good faith only to have it suddenly and randomly revoked ever trust anything you say in the future? Good job on ensuring not a single one of your existing customers will ever buy from you again!
