I don't know if that's the right word, but that's how I feel
Well, this is my first contact with the seller and my first purchase. The order was placed on November 15, 2025 (Saturday), so as is standard practice with other sellers, I expected shipping on Monday, or Tuesday of the following week at the latest. Meanwhile, a new week has begun, and I haven't received any shipping information. I messaged LTT for information on the delivery date (message received on November 19, 2025). I received information that my order would be shipped within two business days, or November 22. In my message to LTT, I described my situation, that I had an important event to attend to and the ordered items were urgently needed, that treating a customer this way was unprofessional, etc. In response, I received information that LTT would give me an additional 8% discount. This is a good gesture from the seller, but I still haven't received the ordered devices. I thought to myself, "OK," the package will be shipped on November 22nd. On average, parcels from Germany take 3 to 4 days, so delivery will be on November 25th or 26th. But LTT decided to upset me again. The package wasn't shipped until November 25th (that's a joke). Today is November 29th, and I've received information that the package has arrived at the delivery center in my city, but since it's Saturday, I won't receive it until December 1st. LTT is addressing these words to you. Isn't order fulfillment in 16 days a joke? I'm truly disappointed in your company and will probably never buy anything from you again. I'm writing this as a warning to other buyers to seriously consider buying from LTT—maybe sometimes it's worth paying a few percent more somewhere else, but for peace of mind and a life free from unnecessary stress.
