I used Lucid / David for a purchase of a property in Spain. Was a very good service and would recommend. It's pretty stressful transferring large sums cross border and David gave a very good personal service.

Dave has been very helpful throughout my transfer of money from the US to the U.K. He was available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. He is friendly and reassuring. I certainly appreciated his quick responses whenever I needed him.

When you are moving your life saving across the world it can be an intimidating and scary process.
David made it easy, stress free and we got the best rate.

At every step of the process David personally took the time to talk me through what was going to happen, how it was going to happen and when it was going to happen. I asked lots of stupid questions but he patiently answered them all at whatever time suited me. He stayed on the phone to make sure transfers were confirmed and took all the stress out of the situation.

I started this process thinking it was all about the exchange rate we could get but I very quickly realised it was the level of support and information that was most important. Whilst also getting the top of market rate we did.
