Excellent service throughout, I had to ring and e mail regarding a couple of things and was always dealt with in a very pleasant manner and response to my e mails was very quick, the products are excellent quality and I am looking forward to using them for my daughters 50th birthday especially the teapots which I am going to fill with flowers.
