Absolute trash. They have 0 customer service, 0 technical knowledge, 0 ability to understand simple requests. My number port-in was rejected countless times due to their failure to fill out the reques... See more

Lucky Mobile is run by Criminals!!
Lucky Mobile is run by Criminals!!! I was going to switch to Public Mobile today before my payment was due, the thieves at Lucky Mobile SUSSPENDED my account again THE DAY BEFORE THE PAYMENT WAS DUE!!! What a bunch of as* holes!!! I'm filling a CRTC complaint against this BELL Canada company that has already been convicted in court for steeling from their customers!!!!!!!
Don’t recommend anyone luck mobile
Don’t recommend anyone luck mobile. This company is totally fraud. I went out of Country and bought prepaid plan because I want to keep my same number. When I returned back and decided to stay with lucky mobile but switched to another plan. I had pre authorization for payment. They canceled my services for 8 days from 27 January 2025 to 5 February 2025. I was without internet and Lucky mobile charged me twice in month of February. Apart from it this company has very very poor internet service.
When I talk to customer service they even don’t have answer they are forwarding call here and there and wasted my 2 hours.
So , think before getting services from lucky mobile and always check your statement.
Day One
I've been with Lucky one day and I've already been double charged and my old number was never ported. I'm calling from work tomorrow to try to bully them into giving me my damn number back, and first thing Monday I'm going back to Bell and getting them to port my number right back over. Only signed up because my parents are with Lucky and my mum's spent the last year nagging me to switch. Should have kept ignoring her, it's never failed me yet.
Worst phone company ever
Worst phone company ever! I’ve never had such issues with costumer service before, 6 agents for them to turn out the rudest, least helpful possible and least patient people in costumer service industry, almost two days struggling in the phone, had to even go in person to be met with the most mediocre service once again, for it to be resumed on changing once again phone company. Useless and wasteful of time is not worth dealing with the stress, never recommending this company

When i first got the account 8 yrs they pushed me in no choice but to use my credit card the will not except my debit card as it is a mastercard debit why i dont no then i on chat try to resolve this issues repeatedly sending suspension notices on chat to my phone with them. i am oxygen so i need it for emergencies i even tried my tangerine card now without a phone
When I signed up on Dec 30
When I signed up on Dec 30, they charged me to activate 2 phones plus the cost of the sim cards. Then the phones would not connect to cel service in the store so the lady said i needed to pay for top ups on both phones to get it to work.... that amounted to me double paying. When i called to get the duplicate charges refunded (takes 20 business days to get refunded btw), both of my phones cut off saying I was in a negative balance. The app is useless and you cant find a phone number to actually call their customer service unless you go physically into a store. Worst cel phone experience I ever had and I was only with them for a month. Today I told them I quit and joined Koodo instead but I can pretty much guarantee they will still charge me an auto top up at the end of the month. Nothing but Headaches!!
They took my money out of my account…
They took my money out of my account after I changed my plan and then shut my service off and then when I called to get it fixed got hyng up on 4 times and told nothing we can do.
Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with
The worst company I've ever dealt with and it's only been less than 3 months of service. Signed up specifically to get a $20 gift card...never got it. Then they continue to take money out of my account despite me making a payment a couple months ago to cover the plan for several months (my balance has stayed negative for MONTHS meaning I don't owe them anything), they refuse to refund the money they illegally took from my bank, they cancelled all my data and texting without warning or request.
So, this month I had money taken from my bank for the upcoming month without reason and then they canceled my services that day so I couldn't use what I've now effectively paid twice for.
And they sold my number to countless spam and telemarketing companies right after unexpectedly cancelling my texting and data, as I've been getting no less than 15 scam calls every single day since then.
On top of that, their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. It takes incompetency and frustration to a whole new level. I'll now be disputing all these charges with my bank and transferring to a new company!
Stay Away!
This company is a joke. My phone and internet were being hijacked. Beware of Chinese spyware!
Their billing charges you up to 5 times your bill. Over and over.
Their billing is not functional, they have repeatedly taken up to 5 times my bill out of my account. Then I have to call and refund back to my account which can take up to 20 TWENTY DAYS. Then they did it again..
Then as I switched from them to Koodo, they stole just a little more. Lucky is fine if you have no other option, but I was paying $28.00 CAD for 1.5 GB of data.... I'm now paying $34 for 50 (FIFTY) GB with Koodo.
Goodbye 'Lucky'!
Horrible Customer Service and Long Wait Times
My experience with Lucky Mobile has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is absolutely horrible, with long wait times and unfriendly agents who are anything but helpful. I tried to resolve a simple issue, but the representatives were unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge about their own services.
If you’re looking for reliable customer support, avoid Lucky Mobile. The poor communication and lack of care for their customers make it one of the worst mobile service providers I’ve ever dealt with. Spend your money elsewhere—this company is not worth the hassle.
Horrible Incompetent Customer Service
Signed up for auto-renewal to get the free $20 gift card, did not get the gift card, and had my phone turned off by incompetent Lucky Mobile staff! Typical Bell Canada Fu*k the customer treatment!
Now I'm getting unsolicited voice mails from them that can not be deleted!!! I'm canceling my Lucky Mobile account today, after about a month of their horrible service!
Terrible Outsourced Customer Service
I had an awful experience with Lucky Mobile when trying to port my number to another carrier. Their outsourced customer service was incredibly frustrating to deal with. The representatives kept repeating the same thing over and over like parrots, without actually listening or offering any real help.
My initial porting request was rejected because I entered the phone number instead of the account number. The account number was nearly impossible to find and seemed hidden on their website, which added unnecessary hassle.
Now, I have to submit a second request, and it’s going to cost me extra because Lucky Mobile charges the receiving carrier for every submission.
Overall, the customer service was terrible, and after this experience, I wouldn’t recommend using Lucky Mobile at all.
Lucky internet is rubbish.

Foreign tourists should never buy this. I will never come back to Canada again because of this garbage mobile. Those who sold this instead are worse

Ben one years since im with lucky mobile its the third time they overtake money in my account even costumer service dont want to help .. my ex had the same problem and you have to go 50road just to take out all you private info... lucky mobile never again
My experience with Lucky Mobile was…
My experience with Lucky Mobile was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. They charged me without providing any clear information about the hidden connection fees. I was left in the dark, unaware that they would use my money for an entire month without actually providing the service. They don’t hook you up unless you have an eCard or purchase another card from them, making the whole process feel like a scam.
To make matters worse, I had to pay an additional $50 just to activate their card. I spent an hour on the phone, only to be treated like I was the one at fault. The customer service was atrocious, making me feel like complete crap. The guy who helped me on the line chat service was really rude and basically laughed at me about the outcome. They even wanted me to pay an additional fee, which I refused because it was just ridiculous.
This was the worst service I have ever had, and I will never use it again. It was $50 wasted, and I sincerely hope they go out of business in this competitive market. Lucky Mobile’s service is useless, useless, useless, useless.
Absolutely horrendous service
Absolutely horrendous service. I bought this SIM card because it was supposed to come with a $20 gift card from dollarama. I put it on auto pay for the past year and still have not received my dollarama Gift card. It all of a sudden stopped taking money out of my account and you cannot get ahold of a customer service representative to fix it. I tried to use the number to call in and update my credit card. However, it says, due to a system error they can't update my credit card. So I basically paid for a SIM card so that my son could have service for a year. I knew I should've just put him on my plan with my company! Please don't bother going with this company. You will only waste a bunch of your own time. They have no customer service representatives, and all they do is give you a number for escalation team and the number does not work. Now, after spending 5 hours trying to figure this out, I have to just go to a different provider, to do this whole process all over again. Very unsatisfied.

Terrible data now for 3 months. When I became a customer for the very first time it was great. Now it's like they have me now as a customer and donot care about my patronage. Just awful, considering going elsewhere.
