Really nice app for good and cheap vacations

I enjoyed my whole experience from checking out various trips available, accommodation, places/attractions to visit, weather etc.
The communication before the trip was friendly and on point. On getting there communication was regular with good feedback. I really liked the whole journey.

Everything taken care of to create a perfect trip, and any issues addressed with a personal touch. Convenience of an app, while maintaining the human customer service.

The range of options generated by the app takes the administrative work out of planning so that, with one simple process, you can sit back and look forward to your break. The support for booking and payments is really straightforward and there is good communication from decision to departure.
The app encourages you to look at places you may not have thought of yourself, and identifies what will suit your preferences.
One of the absolute best things is pressing that Lucky button on a grim day at work and dreaming of better things.

Absolutely love lucky trip, some great holidays have been planned through this and all very affordable

I booked for a trip to Krakow and at first I was slightly confused as to why I had received so little email correspondence compared to that of other holidays I had been on in the past. I was however amazed at the ease of the booking and found the reason for the lack of emails etc was because of the LuckyTrip do every for you including check you into your flight and accommodation. I would recommend booking for with LuckyTrip and will use them definitely use them again.

I always go to Lucky Trip for travel inspiration! We’ve booked a few trips through the app now and have never had any issues. I love that you can be as flexible or as specific as you want to be, particularly when it comes to budget. I’ve gone to places I wouldn’t have considered before after finding them on Lucky Trip. It takes the most frustrating bits of planning a trip out of the equation and it’s honestly so fun to just go on the app and see what trips come up!

Really easy to use the app, first used it 3 years ago and the holiday was exactly what we thought it would be and how the app described. My daughter has also used the many times and every trip has been a success.
