The order never came
I placed my order on September 20. On October 11 I received an email from the Lucky Vitamins asking me if I am happy with my order. Since I haven't received it I contacted the company through the life chat. Franz, The representative I have talked to was nice, but useless. He didn't tell me anything about my order that I didn't know by trucking it. My order never arrived.

LuckyVitamin are fraudsters
Ordered 7th Oct with 4 day delivery. Queried customer service and they said it's on its way, giving a DHL tracking number and link
Thing is, that link clicks through to Lucky vitamins website where they give a bogus delivery status.
They have supplied a false DHL tracking number. These guys are fraudulent liars.
Luckily I ordered via PayPal and will get the money back, but do not touch them.
Update: ignore their response, they say this to make you think they have resolved the issue. They never did, they stole money. Avoid.

Sent my order to an old address that had not been active since the end of 2020 (despite the fact that I had changed my address and had another order previously delivered to my new address) and then said they couldn't do anything about it. Useless.

Only able to speak to a virtual' person.
Unless you have opted for the most expensive shipping and your item doesn't arrive, the advise is phone customs or its tough.
There will be no replacement or refund.
There are plenty of UK companies selling supplements.
My advise is use one of them

Dreadful customer service. Complete rip off. No help whatsoever, never received parcel and customer service were no help, even refusing to check their own system to see if the parcel had been received back by them so I could be issued a refund.
