Horrible horrible service, and my worst ecommerce experience ever. I order products and pay shipping. It arrives two weeks later to a shipping center in my country where they tell me I have to pay an additional shipping fee to collect it. I can't even pick it up in person. It's either pay this extra shipping or don't get the item at all. The customer support refuses to compensate me for this extra shipping too. Absolutely insane. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.
