I had difficulty in adding a new credit card and unsuccessfully tried to order several times. I visited your chat, made a phone call which I was on hold for over 10 minutes, then left a message, and sent an email for assistance, and 3 hours later have not heard back from any of the above. I finally (I think) got the card added and my cart ordered, but am not positive of that even.

Just cancels orders without explanation or notification of such.

They had a hard-to-find egg white protein in stock for a reasonable price! Got it in very good time, too.

Your website has been extremely slow for 2 or 3 weeks now. Sometimes I can't get in and I have to go to another site to get my supplements. All of the other web sites that I got to work!!

I placed an order on 11/16/2022 was expected to receive the order about 5-8 days later. By the 11/28/2022 when I still did not receive the order, I wrote in to enquire and the person on customer support gave my a tracking nos. and told me that the order was delivered on the 11/27/2022. Upon checking the tracking nos. It was stated that the order was delivered to a person called LIZZ HAYDEN in the Country of NETHERLANDS . However,I lived in SINGAPORE and my order delivery address is clearly stated as SINGAPORE. The customer support person of LuckyVitamin replied and told me to contact their shipper to the change of address. I told them it was the Supplier responsibility to inform the Shipper about the wrong address delivered NOT the customer to inform their Shipper. It was a disappointing reply from LuckyVitamin. Since then LuckyVitamin has not reply and I still have not receive my order. This company may be engaging in a SCAM and FRAUD.

A scammy company that will cancel your orders without warning or apology. They lure people in with sales that they have no intention of fulfilling. You are better off shopping at any of their competitors. I placed an order on Black Friday. They canceled it yesterday citing "Paypal payment issues" (which is a bit suspicious when you think about Paypal's reliability). I called back twice to get it reinstated without any luck. This company is predatory and unsympathetic. RESPONSE TO REPLY: I find it odd that you have the time to reply on Trustpilot and yet the "operations team" needs 48 hours to do a simple re-order. My order still has not been reinstated! FINAL UPDATE: Luckyvitamin's response has proved my point about their unsympathetic and disreputable service. They are not interested in upholding their Black Friday deal. When I made my 3rd call today to see if they would reinstate my order of $210.35, Luckyvitamin's response was that they could replace the order for $392.76. Any other company including Amazon and Vitacost would reinstate the order at the same price or make a line-item adjustment. This company is just scammy. I will warn friends and family away from this company.

You will be Lucky to receive what you ordered. Don't waste your time. Use a reliable company.

Ordered two jars of Truff pasta sauce over two months ago. It hasn’t been delivered. When I contact customer service support, they don’t help and state it’s my responsibility to find the order! Crazy. No offer of compensation. No offer of support. Will never use this company again. Will be telling many friends to avoid them at all costs!

For whatever reason the order was cancelled. Then when trying to re-order, I could not use the discount codes as already used - if the order has been cancelled then it was not used.

Not a good experience...unsatisfied customer from Canada.

After my complaint all they could offer was a $5 discount!

Big scam. Worst system. Liars!!!
3 times ordered but all three got rejected WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. Now I haven't seen my money back and am working on it and definitely they cancelled my order for no reasons. Customer service people told different reasons of cancellation.

Lucky Vitamin website was easy to navigate for both specific items I wanted as well as vitamins I wanted but unsure which brand. Sale prices make my entire wish list affordable!

The company basically stole my money ($52). I placed an order (#LV19393348) but never got the parcel. The company refuses to make a refund. This is dishonest.
