easy & safe process
I had a checkout time many hours earlier than the end of a conference I was attending. I was also staying in an Airbnb, so I didn’t have the option of leaving bags with a front desk like I would at a hotel. The conference didn’t allow luggage-sized bags inside either, so I searched for a solution online and found Luggage Hero. This was my first time using the service, and the gentleman running the store where I dropped off my luggage was fast, attentive, trustworthy, and kind - both when I dropped off and picked up my bag. Very thankful to have found this company & this storage partner! Kind of saved the day for me honestly because I’m not sure what else I would have done otherwise. It was well worth the $18 or so dollars I paid. - Great service that gave me peace of mind!

All went well, would use again
We left our luggage (two bags) at the 'Marvelous Barber Lounge' location while we were in Boston, and it all went well. Staff was friendly, and they kept the bags in a secure room in the back. Friendly and reliable, would use again.
