Probably one of the most flavourful and fresh fish I have ever bought, accompanied with very reasonable price for its high quality and the staff are always willing to have a nice chat while preparing my fish just they way I like it.

Great service, fast delivery

If I could give 0 stars I would - still awaiting delivery of goods although ordered over 1 week prior to date of delivery required - the firm have made the excuse they are busy & cannot rely on couriers - NOT good enough. They were quick to take my money but poor at delivery.

Would of been a 5 except i ordered it for Wednesday and it came Thursday plus 1 item they didn’t have other than that everything else was brilliant. I’d put the wrong postcode on my order but the right address they rang to get the right postcode and every question i asked about the order and delivery they answered straight away and explained very clearly so i understand it all that i asked to know and put my mind at rest knowing that my order would get to me safely and on time , I have eaten a few things from the order and it was very tasty and great quality , I will definitely order from them again in the near future

What a bitter disappointment! Whereas my previous delivery of smoked salmon provided me with a very tender, moist and succulent experience, this latest one has proven dry, salty and tough.

I’m italian and wherever I have tried shellfish and seafood in restaurants or bought them from the regular main supermarket or local markets they have always been tasteless or they had an aftertaste of pure plastic.

I have been extremely surprised from the service received by LuiFoods and the excellence of the fish itself.

I would strongly recommend anyone including family qnd friends to get orders through LuiFoods. This is what we were looking for!

We have taken a sort of a gamble as the fish ordered was for Christmas Eve celebration, and they haven’t disappointed us!
They are certainly absolutely incredible!

I place an order for conger eel and d other types fish,prices and quantities were agreed on the phone,assured of the quality and freshness and even got advice about sea food quality.order was to arrive within the week but it arrived within 3days fresh and properly packaged.L do not normally review products but have review thi company because they are EXCELLENT and true to their word.

The crab sticks was gross like hard and crusty and the cockles was all mushy with and and very gritty won’t be returning and left a voicemail with no reply 🤮😡
