Never had any problems ordering here personally

I purchased the NES game “Built to Win.” The game along with the other five games were poorly packaged. All of the games had dirty pins that I had to clean before using in my NES Top loader. The major issue was with the game called “Built To Win”. This game uses a battery to save your progress. NES games have a gold label on the back side of the cover to signify they have a backup battery. Lukie games sold me a game that had a standard grey label on the back that was supposed to have a gold label. The game wasn’t original as advertised on their website and it’s a bad practice to sell altered games to people who are trying to collect an original item. I should’ve purchased the game on EBay since every one listed had the proper back with the gold label attached. As a collector, I no longer trust Lukie games since they aren’t selling original or clean games as they advertise.

Not a good company. Very misleading. They claim their games are 100% authentic and original. They are not and are not priced accordingly. They know nothing about game collecting. I bought what I thought was an original loose copy of TMNT 4 for the SNES for $45. What they sent me was a cheap Majesco rerelease version of the game that is only worth about $20!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!

Lukie Games has been and now always will be my go to shop when I'm in the market for older video games. I've purchased from them on numerous occasions and have only recently had an issue.

Recently I received from them a nonfunctional game and upon contacting Lukie Games' customer service they immediately apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a replacement. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and the replacement they had shipped was the wrong game. Once I informed them of the mix up they once again apologized and sent me another replacement, this time of the correct game. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service which was both prompt and polite and as a result would have been more than happy to send the incorrect game back to them however, as an extra courtesy, they told me to keep it.

Overall this was quite a positive experience and I would heavily recommend Lukie Games to anyone looking for quality products from a caring group of people.

Great company. They have always delivered with excellence. Only had one order where they answered with satisfactory customer service that I had problems with. Some games are a little pricey but I'd recommend this company.

If i could give zero stars i would. I called the company because i paid 30 dollars for next day shipping and i didnt get it until 2 days later. And then i was told " oh if you place it after 1 then its the next day" Which that is not told to you at check out when my email states arrival jan 2. When i call to get reimbursed they said its in the policy . The policy on our website. Then that should be stated while ur taking my 30$ at checkout not in guidelines . And then all that was stated was we can refund ur item and set up a return.. when that wasn't what i was speaking about AT ALL. And how does that help my 30$ i wasted on shipping. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. Lost my business for sure.

Awful company that operates their business by buying game lots on eBay and pricing them up far beyond their worth. They are notorious for their paypal scams and ripping off other Ebay sellers

I just want to say that we were very very pleased with our first experience shopping with lukiegames.com we purchased some games for a Nintendo ds and prices were great and selection was very good. Customer service was super helpful and responded very quickly we ordered internationally and shipping was very quick

I bought a PSP and PS Vita awhile back ago off Craiglist and was trying to find a way to get some games for them. I discovered Lukie Games by accident, but I am glad I did. They are my go-to. I bought all my PSP games from them and 4 of my Vita games from them. Everything has worked to perfection. While I will admit that their site "just works" (meaning it's dated) and their points system is based on you buying a lot of games rather than quality of the games, given the price and rarity of the games, it is worth it. I can't speak to systems since I never bought mine through them, but as far as their games, I have 0 complaints and when I have contacted customer service, they have been prompt and helpful in their responses.

Everything came in PERFECT condition! I was a little worried at first being I saw some people who didn't have a good experience with Lukie Games and some people who did have a good experience.I found that the people who lived out of the U.S didn't because they mostly had issues with shipping.And the Customer Service is THE BEST!They Only thing is that I wish they would change up their page every once in a while because it's always the same.Other than that I love Lukie Games and will definitely order from them again!

Meh. They are incompetent and place a seal of approval on game systems that need work. I was overcharged for a NES that needed $60 in repairs within the first few months of receiving it. I paid $70 for the system. I will never buy from them again.

What is this thing you call "Customer Service"?
I called their number and was immediately directed to leave a message. Press 1 for english, then "leave a message". No live person to talk to. Called again, thinking that must have been in error and nope, got the same thing.

Update: They did call back and explained that there was a staff shortage and they are a small company,
I expressed how it would be comforting if the message said operators are busy and will return your call or some such thing, rather than just "leave a message". That causes immediate panic ("OH NO I think I just bought from a shady company", in my case).

Update 2: Needed to call after receiving my system, didn't get a live person, never got a callback.

Update 3: Needed to call about my return. Didn't get a live person, didn't get a callback.

Returned purchase.
Was told by email that after receiving my package: "Our returns process takes between 3-5 business days as we receive in hundreds of packages in a day. These packages can range from returns to purchases that we also make that have to be sorted within our returns department."

So, their "small" business receives packages in the same place they receive returns ("hundreds a day", I seriously doubt, this "small" business is no Amazon). In other words, the same door, same room lol.

I don't have a lot of confidence about this return. I may have to go to the bank to dispute it. We shall see.

I have used them three times buying mainly ps2 games from Canada. I usually get the second best shipping which ,I get them in about a week or sooner. I have no problems with them so far. I would us them again for sure if I can't find the game locally. Plus I got a game I wanted from my lukeie points😁

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I recieved a game that does not work and have placed several calls and sent emails. They will not respond back. I have already contacted the BBB. They are a joke

I've placed numerous orders with Lukie Games, maybe 7+ so far. I've received Playstation 2 memory cards, Playstation 3 controllers, games (NES, Playstation 2, & Playstation 3). Any issues I've had, they've resolved with credit or exchange. They've answered my questions by email any time I've contacted them. They have better prices than Ebay, Amazon, Gamestop, and other retro gaming sites.

I bought a PS2 with games, and a memory card. I’ve had the worst help with their customer care. The PS2 started to freeze on me real bad to where we couldn’t get the PlayStation to turn on or unfreeze at all. I called and informed them to try and get an exchange. They wanted to replace the memory card. This honestly doesn’t seem like a memory card problem. They also asked me to go home and clean the memory card and try a different game. That made it even worse. When I called back no one would answer the phone or return a voicemail/ email. They finally answered me and said they would email me a packing slip so I could send the system back for an exchange. I still haven’t received anything. At this point I think all they wanted was my money and have no interest in helping me at all.

Every game that I've got are legitimate definitely not fake, they would be out of business by now, so relax you even get 90 day's to test, just got my 15th game ,fall out 3 with the points.
