Highly recommend
Accidents happen and half my order was the wrong colour! I emailed in the same night and first thing next morning Olivia answered and corrected the situation extremely quickly and had another sent out!
Shipping was extremely quick!
This is a Christmas present so I haven’t opened but by the look of it very high quality

After getting a refund on a broken clip…
After getting a refund on a broken clip on my hairpiece, I thought I would give them another chance and order the second shade they matched me too! Not sure exactly how I had two different shade matches.
The first shade was nothing like my shade and then second is just as bad! I have contacted them reguarding this so I can return for my money back and they are just ignoring my emails

When I received the extensions I was…
When I received the extensions I was SUPER happy with them, I did the colour match (which I would defo recommend) and they matched my hair absolutely perfectly, none of my friends could tell the difference.
They stay on my head and do not budge whatsoever.
However where one of the clips were there was a hole in the lace which made the clip loose (the only issue I had with it) so I decided to email customer service and they have been so pleasant and really really good in responding and making sure I’m happy, so they’ve been able to dispatch a replacement.
Couldn’t recommend these extensions enough, they’re beautiful, do not get knotty at all and you can also heat them up

DON'T BOTHER BUYING FOR XMAS GIFT! I bought a hairpiece as a Xmas gift. They opened the the Xmas gift this week and its the wrong colour. Was told as it was more than 14 days there is no refund and NO exchange/store credit option. Ridiculous for this time of year, everyone extends their return policy at Xmas!

Thank you for your feedback, I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. We would of course extend the return period over the Christmas period and apologise if you were advised otherwise however for hygiene reasons we cannot accept back products which have been worn/used or with hygiene seals broken, even if this is to check suitability, unless faulty. Items must be returned in their original packaging, still attached to the product backing card and with any packing and retaining hygiene seals intact where appropriate. For this reason, we also reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have been able to verify that the product is unused. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 states “consumers will lose their right if they unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons”.
We are sorry that we were not able to assist further on this ocassion.

Save your money
Ordered a colour matched pony tail and fringe, firstly it didn’t arrive next day delivery as promised - it took 3 days, when it arrived it’s made clear if you open the packet it can’t be returned but as the products are wrapped in a black net you can’t tell if the colours are accurate without opening it. I took a risk and opened the fringe, it’s cheap acrylic and the colour match was awful. I’ve contacted them to return the pony tail which is unopened, as I’m aware I won’t get money back for the fringe, it won’t let me return it the portal and tells me to email them, nobody has responded to my email in 5 days.
Think my only option at this point is to do a chargeback.
Poor quality product, no response from customer service.
