Absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous. Been trying to get in touch with them to return an order for 10 days and still nobody has come back to me. I can’t return the order as it says “it’s not been fulfilled” but it has. When I’ve emailed 5 times to ask for help, nobody responds.

I opted for the colour match service expecting something to blend with my regrowth and mostly warm blonde highlights. I was so disappointed. I received a solid white blonde scrunchie. I’ve had better colours and textures from Amazon what I’ve ended up throwing in the bin!!! Once you’ve opened it, you can’t return either. Not sure how you are supposed to check it properly in a plastic bag

Would definitely recommend. Nice looking hair extensions. Unfortunately one product out of the order didn’t arrive but the company handled it immediately. I contacted customer service via email, and I was put in touch with a wonderful lady named Faheen. Faheen was an absolute star! She responded to my query quickly, was incredibly helpful and professional, and she resolved the issue with zero fuss. She confirmed a replacement was being sent out straight away, without any delay. Couldn’t have been easier and more straightforward.

I brought nano extensions from here…
I brought nano extensions from here nice extensions until you take them out for maintenance and the mental hooks start to break I have now lost 6 extensions I look after my extensions very well and make sure they are well maintained, these extensions should not be breaking after 8 weeks I am not happy at all when I emailed to say I got asked numerous questions and made to feel like it’s my fault that the extensions were breaking I would like a full refund I am not paying £400 for extensions that break! If I pay £400 I want extensions that last a while! Absolutely disgusting! I will not be ordering from here again AVOID AT ALL COST!

We are very sorry to hear you received a faulty item, unfortunately we do need to ask a number of questions to ensure we handle the complaint correctly however we cannot see that you responded and we do need this information to carry out a full investigation. Please note that snapping at the metal tip can occasionally occur due to factors such as product build up, tension during removal, or environmental exposure that affects the integrity of the bonds e.g. hard water, incorrect aftercare. This is why we ask the questions to help us identify the possible cause and ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.
As per our policy, a loss of up to 10% is considered normal wear and tear and not classed as a fault.
