Sent me a hairpiece.that they colour matched from my photo sent They totally got the colour wrong not even close to my own hair . Now refused to refund me. Avoid!!!
Had to open packet to see colour. Faheen has just replied to say no refund as packet open. What a rip off!! £20 wasted. Beware buyers they are not honest retailers

I have nothing but positive things to say about my shopping experience. I sent several emails regarding my delivery and Faheen promptly responded to answer my questions.
One of my items was faulty on arrival and a replacement was issued straight away. The customer service I received from Faheen was amazing and really really helpful.
This positive experience has encouraged me to place future orders. 10/10

I wouldn’t bother using the colour…
I wouldn’t bother using the colour match Service the product they sent me was holy inaccurate and I made the mistake of trusting their judgement and opening the package that now cannot be returned. The small window in the packaging makes it impossible to see the colour sent without opening 🤷♀️ Standard apology reply will no doubt be sent explaining they did their best 🤷♀️

So so impressed with my first purchase with Lullabellz! I receiving my hair piece in literally less than 24hrs! I placed my order at 5:10pm yesterday and got my ponytail in the afternoon today. Was shipped out within hours and got to me safely. The packaging is absolutely beautiful and soooo girly I love it!
Thank you so much for the free hair clips such a nice touch. The ponytail itself is amazing quality it genuinely looks like real hair and the colour is absolutely spot on and what I was looking for to create a ombre affect. It secures into the hair really well and was so easy to do! It hasn't gone knotty or moved one bit all day.
So happy that I've found a hairpiece that suits my needs after looking for such a long time,THANK YOU LULLABELLZ!!
