I am constantly disappointed by this…
I am constantly disappointed by this company. The quality is extremely inconsistent and the pricing is out of control for the products. This time I am very annoyed - I ordered a rug that was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days, only to receive only the rug pad in that time. Now the delivery is scheduled and the company delivering it informed me they will not be able to help with anything that requires touching pre existing furniture in the house. It is a rug… obviously pre existing furniture will need to be moved in order to lay it…. This is white glove delivery — way more expensive and is a requirement. So I paid an additional 2-300$ for a 9x12 rug I will not be able to use unless I hire additional people to help me with the furniture? This is ridiculous

This is a standard practice for the safety of both the delivery team and the customer's belongings.
