I am so impressed with this company. I needed a rug replaced, and their customer service was top-tier from start to finish. They listened, communicated perfectly, and responded promptly. It’s rare to find a business that shows this level of understanding nowadays. To top it off, the delivery guys were fantastic. I ordered four custom hand towels for the restrooms in my business. I ordered from you because I felt like the quality and design would be on point. Towels arrived, and all of them were cut crooked. So they aren’t squares they are misshapen. They don’t fold or hang straight. The binding on the edges is already coming undone. After one wash loops in the cotton were also coming out. And customer service, slow to respond, offered me a $28 credit for it. Which is honestly a slap in the face considering how much I spent on four custom hand towels. I am still waiting several days later on a reply. This is not what I expected from my purchase with you.

Great looking chairs that arrived sooner than later!
The chairs I ordered were suppose to take 6-8 weeks to arrive but only took 4, so that was a great surprise! They delivery service was very good . The chairs seem well constructed and comfortable and look great!

I love everything from Lulu and Georgia's catalogue. Everything feels so intentionally curated and unique. I purchased a couch and, while it really does take a while to make and be delivered, I think it's worth it. It's incredibly beautiful and comfortable and worth it. Delivery team was also amazing, going above and beyond!

Rug was in stock and “ready to ship”. Didn’t ship for weeks and when I finally sent an email they respond days later saying it will ship in 7-10 days and give me a $40 dollar credit for half of my shipping. It’s always something with this company. Love the products , hate the experience.

Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience this time around. I ordered three sconces, but only two were delivered, even though the tracking information showed that the entire order had arrived. I reached out through the online chat, but it was unhelpful and couldn’t resolve the issue. The only other customer support option was email, and responses have been incredibly slow. It’s now been over a week, and I still don’t have a resolution or my missing item. For a company with products at this price point, I expected much better customer service.
