Perfectly manufactured acrylic mirror panels to enhance my undermount kitchen lighting. Very pleased and would recommend this outfit.

I work within a large organisation and ordered through Luminati as we usually do. I thought i had an issue with my Luminati order that, as it turns out, was entirely my own very daft mistake. Despite that, their customer service team was nothing short of outstanding. They handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a truly helpful attitude. It’s rare to come across such understanding support — Jack was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish - thank you!

Had a really great experience with Luminati - I ordered a custom model display case with a black base for my model ship and it looks really smart on my shelf. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, she answered all of my questions about the dimensions and the strength of the material and it was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Couldn't of had a better experience.

I ordered Luminati’s Acrylic Frames for my shop’s window display and I’m really pleased with them. Exactly as described, great quality, and it makes my products stand out in the window.
I also ordered some Acrylic Display Plinth Pedestals in varied sizes and they’ve been brilliant. Strong but light enough to move around, plus the different sizes make it easy to create eye-catching displays.

What I liked too was being able to see the estimated delivery time clearly on the website – everything arrived on schedule and the whole process ran really smoothly.

Great service, excellent quality, and I’ll definitely be back for more.

I bought two plinths and a display case which was a custom dimension. Definitely worth the wait!

All my items were packaged really well arrived on time and now look great in my Shop.

Ordered a lectern from this company and despite being told it would be dispatched on a certain date - it was not. I subsequently ended up shelling out to hire one from another company and was offered no compensation.

Despite never being used on an event, the lectern broke while being transported to our next-door office, despite being handled carefully. The product was clearly not of great quality or had imperfections caused during shipping, which led to the top coming off it.

I asked for a refund or any compensation here, after seeking advice about my consumer rights and have basically been ignored for 3 weeks. I was told I wasn't entitled to any compensation and was promised a phone call with a customer service manager. Despite calling every day for 2 weeks, I still have not been able to speak to them! Shows how much they care about their customers!
