We had our new year eve here on the special package. It was absolutely faultless! The food was incredible, service impeccable and the entertainment was top notch. Couldn't recommend it more! Thanks for an amazing few nights xx

Poor customer service

Booked and confirmed this hotel through a third party provider for a 2 night stay in November. 2 days later I received an automated reply through the 3rd party provider stating that the hotel would not be able to honour the booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Assuming understandably this would be due to the current Covid situation rechecked the site to note that other dates still available.
Very poor customer service to treat customers in this way. An automated email with no reasonable explanation totally unacceptable in regards to courteous customer relations
