I haven’t received my order even though…
I haven’t received my order even though it’s marked as delivered on the website. I visited the courier office and they said they have never received a package with this tracking number. I emailed lumories couple of times, I used to get a quick reply that there is a delay. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response to my latest email from over a week ago where I explaied that the courier said that they’ve never received this package. I now believe that this website is a scam. My order was placed 12/12/2025. Today is 27/02/2026

Wrong product delivery and awful client service. Don't buy from them!
They delivered a wrong product and if I want to return it they won't even arrange for a pickup,I have to carry it myself to the courrier. And only when they receive their wrong product will I get my refund or will they send the products I actually ordered, so huge delay for their own fault. Terrible client service, they only answer to calls very few hours a day and not helpful at all. Don't buy from this company.
Replying to your reply, LPGR576561 is the order No and it is confirmed that the delivery was wrong and still you won't send for pick-up but ask me to to carry a large box to the carrier, wasting valuable time and effort for YOUR mistake, which has already cost me a huge delay.
