Missing parts
The delivery was good, but one of the two light fittings (chandelier) had a part missing (metalbconnection link) which we had asked to be made at a workshop, and three of the glass links were missing.

Nice site but...
Nice site, easy order, fair shipping. The product bought is in the "low quality" zone and I don't think it was cheap.
After installing the product I was not satisfied. I reviewed why in the product page.
The return would require uninstalling, having the initial packaging which was damaged and installing a new product, most probably requiring new holes on the hard concrete ceiling.
Too much mess. So I kept the product until I throw it away. Disappointing... I don't think I'll buy again.
