Picked up my item while on holiday in Tokyo. Very happy with my new chogokin gundam figure. It is new and unopened for a reasonable price.

Beware of this company! They take full payment upfront as a deposit, but when the item finally becomes available, they claim it’s sold out. It can take months to get your money back, and the entire process is extremely frustrating.

I received my VF-1J. Customer service is good. They replied my messages quickly. Happy to shop with them again.

Very good store for hard to find anime and other collectables. I have made about a dozen orders with them. Sometimes it takes a few extra weeks for them to ship items than other stores, but they have always been reliable.

I would also recommend using their app for the chat feature.

Very good Japanese store.

Excellent store with really great customer support! They have hard to find figures, which can be a little pricey, but do recommend this store for their selection and customer experience.

After I gave them 1 star , they contacted me again after weeks with no answers, only to give more excuses to persuade me to change the rate I gave them, but I didn’t get any refund or concrete solution. I will never buy again from this company and I recommend you to keep as far as possible from them. Don’t buy to Luna Park K.K.( they also have the name Premium Luna Park, two different accounts )….

I’ve purchased 2 items from Luna Park. Both times they arrived well packaged and were in brand new condition, as advertised. Customer service is responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this site for buying hard to find Japanese action figures.

The worst service , they didn’t shipped by the courier I asked for , the figure was already overpriced and I had to pay way more because of THEIR “mistake”, higher shipping price , higher handling service , higher extra services , and double taxes . It is by far the worst experience I had buying figures.

I've been using Luna Park to buy Metal Build Gundam products for a long time. Any issues I've had they are quick to correct and have kept me updated on any issues that may occur with the product. They've also been useful in finding products I've been interested in outside of the Metal Builds. I'll often look to them first when buying a product from Japan. Also long as the store is available I plan to continue to purchase from them.

This is my preferred store for buying Japanese Collectables. Highly reliable with the delivery times and packaging quality. The customer service is great and very responsive if you have any questions on any product and delivery dates. I highly recommend this site also for the variety of collectables and reasonable pricing

Extremely bad service! Will rather sell pre-order customer products to others for a higher price, then for-fill the order. When asked why my order hasn't been sent, You get "Will check with warehouse" which is just another delay tactic! Don't preorder from Luna Park K.K. and for prices there are cheaper dealers available!
They also get very rude when all you wan't is the product ordered! The one star writen reviews here is a tall tale sign of their bad service! STAY AWAY!

I purchased the snow miku 2024 nendoroid from premium Luna park, which is hard to find. I was hesitant at first, but after being in contact with the staff members online, I felt very reassured. Their items are 100% legit. They replied instantly and answered every concern I had. I was also able to track my package all the way through. The process was smooth, there was no issue and it even arrived a little earlier than stated! The packaging was excellent too, my figure came in great condition. Im so happy with this purchase and I will definitely buy from them again. Excellent customer service and delivery. Thank you again! :)

I was hesitant at first I'm ordering from Canada and I've had mixed experiences shipping from overseas reading the reviews for Luna Park with strange they were very Hit or Miss but my personal experience was excellent they reply to all my messages emails almost immediately reassured me with every question that I had packaged was safely put together and on top of that it was a gift from my wife so they gave her upgraded shipping for free ended up getting here in less than 5 days not sure where the bad reviews come from to be honest we'll definitely be ordering again especially since they have harder to find items prices are very reasonable cheaper and a lot of cases people tend to forget eBay you're at the mercy of a random seller whereas Luna Park has an ebay account but has a professional website as well.

I paid a good price for a very rare item I couldn't find anywhere else. I had to send a few emails asking for updates, and the whole process did take a long time, but staff was always responsive to my questions. I do truly think they want customers to have a good experience. I would recommend Luna Park to anyone as long as you are patient.

Everything came in great condition, well packaged, good shipping time (like 2 weeks!)
