Spoke to a lady called Donna unfortunately when your company was sending me the bracelet it broke and it was the last one!!!! I was so disappointed because it was for my sister birthday in the price range I could afford. Donna sent me some links and I picked another bracelet… to be honest when it arrived I was disappointed because does not look like the picture… but the service I received from Donna was absolutely amazing.. she is a credit to your company and it arrive the next day. First Class Service Speedy Delivery
