Wow, I’m really surprised by the bad reviews here. My experience with them was completely different. I ordered a bikini last month and it was exactly what i ordered and came in a timely fashion. Unfortunately though i needed a larger size as i am a bustier gal so i exchanged it for a size up and it all went really smoothly. Not sure what happened to all those other people but I’ll def order from them again.

Ordered the Relaxed Fleece cardigan on 25 February and got an email on 10 March saying it has been shipped. I got the package on 29 March and the jackets not all that great quality the inside is really scratchy but the outside is alright. It’s a fine jacket and ill be wearing it all the time cos it’s cute but not worth the $50 and I definitely will never order from them again because Im scared and you can never be sure.

Absolutely terrible. 28 days and my girlfriends birthday present still hasn't arrived. 3 emails sent and multiple social media messages sent and no replies at all. Do not recommend Lux Noire at all. Waste of money and time

SHIPPING IS HORRIBLE!! I spent over $100 and after a month I only received one item out of 7 !!!!!! Never again will I shop here.

If giving zero stars was an option I would! I ordered my bathing suit in Jan 2018 for my spring break trip March 2018 and still have not received my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! And I tried to contact them and they have yet to respond.

If I could give zero stars I wish I could! They use fake photos for advertising and delete any negative comments from their social media. Will never send item and good luck trying to get your money back!!!

Awful. I ordered 2 pairs of pants, both came in way too small, tried to exchange them and I never got a reply after sending multiple emails. Pants also did not look like the photos. Very misleading. Horrible customer service. Definitely a scam.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THEM!
It has taken them over 20 days to “package and prepare” my product. I did not receive any reciepts or confirmation of purchase email from them, only from PayPal.
The price they display is in USD and actually changes by $2-3 USD when you pay because of a very vague “conversion rate” as if they conver it to AUD add the conversion charge and convert it back to USD

They don’t own the rights to any of the photos they use on their site, they’re ripped off from other more legitimate companies such as fashion nova and meshki.

The review section on their page doesn’t even exist there’s an “error page not found” and their reviews section on Facebook doesn’t exist!
Red flags!!!

They will also not give me a refund for my items, having paid over $80AUD and never received them!

I haven't received my item STILL! and they aren't replying to my instagram messages, my emails. nothing. fuming!!!!!!!!!

AWFUL.This website is a complete scam. I bought 7 items from them. The photos they use are not theirs and are from other legit sites. The material was so cheap for what you pay. All of the products shipped separately and it took very long to receive them. The size chart was so inaccurate. I sized myself so that I would have wiggle room and everything came 2-3 sizes smaller. I had to laugh at the track pants that I had ordered, the XL looked like an XS or children's pants. I tried to return all of my products because NONE of them fit, you are to email them to explain why you need to return them, then they will email you within 24-48 hours with a return confirmation code. You only get 30 days to return so I did this right after I received the last item and I have not received an email back. I sent another and again, nothing. It has been a couple months now. COMPLETE SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered a two piece set and got a rompers and then I also ordered at the same time a workout outfit which was just like panty hose... The company is a scam and all they do is steal designs from other successful businesses. Also to add in when I tried to contact them about these problem it took me 8 times until I had a response.

Do not order in here!! Items I ordered weren't the right size. I am size 8 - 10, but the items are more for kids. The material is so cheap, for that prices I was expecting a little bit more of quality.

Don’t order from Lux Noire. The package will never arrive. So many people have stated the same. It’s not free shipping, it’s never shipped. They lose it. The product is cheap as others have witnessed it. There is no customer service. Emails are never replied. They can have my $20 lol. Petty company.

The worst customer service I've ever come across. The items I ordered were not true to size as advertised on their website and the material is so cheap and tacky. I wanted to send them all back to get a refund; looked at their returns policy which advises to email them directly to obtain a returns label... 5 emails later and still nothing! Write to them on Facebook to be told to then check the returns policy on their website and follow that - which I had done by emailing them for the returns label! 5 times!!! I've literally given up now.. can't even give the tracksuit to my sister who's 14 as it's so ridiculously small (I'm a size 8-10). The worst company, customer service and stock - don't even bother wasting your money. For the prices I paid on some of the items I may as well went to the high street.

I’ve bought a few fire pieces from here for my picky girlfriend and she’s yet to be disappointed! Customer service was on point and I’m looking forward to shopping here for Christmas gifts on Black Friday!!

Received order fairly quickly and have no complaints. Good quality for good prices. Dealt with customer service for an exchange for a bigger size and they were quick and easy to work with. Recommend.

My go-to for fast fashion. If that’s your niche then you know what you’re getting and they do that well. Quality isn’t an issue and they have no issues with returns so I’ll keep buying.
