SCAM DO NOT USE!!!
Lux Noire is a complete SCAM!!!!!! But have no fear you can get your money back!!! Over a month & still no reply & no product delivered!! I called my credit card company & “disputed the charge” (basically called & said the charge was fraudulent), the bank will report a claim. If the business doesn’t respond to the claim within 45 days or does respond but cannot show a good reason as to why it has been taking 31 days rather than 3-5 business days to ship, the dispute will be resolved in your favor & you will get your money credited back to you. So just call your bank, report all of Lux Noire social media as fraudulent so they get taken down & report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as anywhere else you see fit & that’s all you can really do! Get your money back & take just a few minutes out of your day to try & shut them down!!

SCAM: LUX NOIRE!
This shop is a complete scam and I honestly urge anyone NOT to shop at Lux Noire!!!! I decided to purchase something from their online website which had long sleeves, I needed this for a particular occasion which I was then not able to use as when the parcel arrived the dress was not as advertised on the website and had short t-shirt sleeves! It was so frustrating and annoying. I posted it back to store within the time frame stated on their website and emailed them letting them know I have posted it back with the tracking details -RN318442917GB order number 24485 and asking when I can expect to receive my refund. 10 ignored messages/emails later and I still not aware of when to expect the refund! As I ordered the tracking on the parcel when I posted it back I was able to trace and see for myself that they had already received the item back on the 10th of April and were now on 3rd May. Its extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Please don't waste your time ordering from Lux Noire, they use different pictures to advertise their goods and you may not receive what you think you ordered!
