I dont get my money back althoigh they have confirmed that they have received my Return package.

Still not been issued a refund after over 1 month. No response from email, Instagram or online form.

After just a few uses it already started to get worn out!
I am so disappointed!
It is an expansive swimsuit but the quality is unacceptably poor! I and I am very sad cause before seeing that wear I bought another one.
I would like total refund.

The bikinis are nice, but it took a very long time for them to get here. I didn’t realize they came from the UK. I needed to exchange a size and they do not pay for shipping so basically the bikinis is almost costing me double because I had to pay almost $30 to ship it back and have the correct size sent, so you’re better off buying something local that is just as nice because it doesn’t make any sense to pay so much for a simple exchange. 😳😩

The bottom sizes are not realistic, I usually always wear xS /s but s is too small. Very annoying considering the high delivery costs and especially its ridiculous to pay 15 pounds for the return label. Even trying to make money with it. Definitely won’t recommend to orde at luxsea. Terrible customer experience!!

I discovered Luxeswim on social media and thought it would be the perfect choice for my shoot during the Miss Swimsuit USA competition. When the bikini arrived, I noticed a small mark on the top, which was disappointing at first, but the way the brand handled it completely exceeded my expectations.

I reached out to customer service and received an immediate, kind response. They apologised and let me know they would send a replacement top straight away - without even asking me to return the original one. That same morning, I received a shipping confirmation!

Outstanding customer service and beautiful quality swimwear. I’m really impressed and would highly recommend Luxeswim to anyone looking for reliable, high-end bikinis with service to match.

Obsessed with these suits. Super fast delivery, I ordered with express shipping and they arrived within 3 days to the US. Great quality and very unique!

Received my bikini a few days ago and I am very impressed by the quality of the fabric and fit. Customer service was helpful when I asked about sizing. Delivery took a little longer than I expected but overall would highly recommend!

Have bought multiple bikinis from here now and they're amazing quality. Beautiful colours and really flattering cut. Can't wait to wear the latest ones on my upcoming Greece Trip! Very happy

Beautiful and comfortable swimwear. Love the materials, the colors and the way the suits fit.

I ordered the gold crochet bikini (Medium bottoms and Large top) along with a pink bikini in Large.

They sent the wrong style gold bottoms (ordered tie-side, got plain), the gold top in a size small instead of a large and the pink bikini that was meant to be a Large looked like a dolls bikini and barely covered my nipples!

Unfortunately had to return all items which was a real shame as the bikinis were beautiful - especially the gold one :(

Customer service was good though. I returned the items on Friday and was refunded by Tuesday and after I requested that I not be charged for the return shipping (due to them sending incorrect items), they refunded it.

I would give them a zero if I could! I placed an order for next day delivery but never got my order, a response to my emails nor my money back. This is obviously a breach of Consumer Act and I will follow up legally.

I have never experienced this level of ineptitude, lack of care & customer service.

Please save your money and time with Companies that actually provide a good Service!

As a response to your reply, I can confirm that the refund is still showing as pending and PayPal has indicated that it's being held by the Seller bank...it has been over 7 days. Furthermore, I would like to show my disappointment at the harassing emails Luxsea Swimwear has sent me to remove my review from Trustpilot. Appalling behaviour!

The bathing suit is gorgeous! I ordered the gold shimmer and it looks just like the picture. It’s so pretty, I got so many compliments. I recommend ordering one size up for the bottoms. The bathing suit looks like it’s $500+! It’s so comfortable, great quality at a good price! Customer service was very helpful and it was pretty fast delivery. I highly recommend ordering from them, their stuff is beautiful!

Great quality, products as shown on the site, quick delivery and good packaging, very happy with the customer service as well, quick response and direct communication. Would definitely recommend it!

The sizes on the bottom are completely off. I ordered a medium the first time and it was too small so after paying to return it and order the larger size, it was literally just as small. Didn’t even grow in size and it’s been a little frustrating because I wanted the bathing suit for a trip and now idk if it’ll arrive on time. I’m gonna try to order the XL which I’ve never ordered an XL in a betting suit but now I think even that one might be too small.

I had to go through PAYPAL to get my money back after returning one of their items.

They acknowledged receiving the items back and replied that they would refund after SEVERAL days. Four weeks later no further communication. AVOID

I did not get a refund back on PayPal as your reply is claiming. I raised a refund claim through PAYPAL and the case closed in my favour after you made no effort whatsoever to process the refund yourselves. You did not even reply to any of the PayPal communications. So don't make it out that you processed the refund!!

Utterly terrible customer service for an overpriced bikini. I tried to exchange my order, but their poorly designed website was not functional. You would expect a company charging £55 for a bikini top to invest in a properly working website. When I raised this issue, I received an unhelpful response (the individual clearly had not read my email properly) and no offer of a free return label to compensate for the inconvenience. I returned the bikini, but heard nothing back. Later, I discovered through Royal Mail that they had attempted delivery, but no one was available to receive it. Luxsea failed to reschedule the delivery, leaving me to chase it up myself. This experience has been appalling. I hope someone gets back to me soon and that I finally get my exchange! One thing is for certain: I will never purchase from this company again and strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the quality!
Over priced

Sent me the wrong item, now I am discussing since one week with them as they want me to close the case with Klarna or order the top again and pay shipping and customs again.
Very bad service and no willingness to solve the problem.

It’s been two weeks and I still don’t have my very expensive order
