Auto renewal which I deactivated was still on and it’s a double recharge happened for this month - one automatic and one manually I did for 3 months package.

Difficulties contact with customer service, return chatbot online, it was very helpful but now you talk to customer service in India, they do help but they are not able to solve the problem until you send multiple emails to the offices in Europe.
