I always find it difficult to download…
I always find it difficult to download my proof of subscription whenever I allow a recurrent payment. There's no place on the app to download such receipt hence, I have to cancel recurrent payment after every subscription. Also, I forgot my password and I tried to create another one but it's telling me I can't do that. Now, I had to login with one time code but for how long will I do that.

Honestly
Honestly, the internet is kind of unreachable at some point in time. I want you to note that is because of the internet connectivity inspired me to get a sim to enable talk to my family back home. Unfortunately it’s not serving me 100 %.
Therefore there’s a need to look in that direction.
As for the calling I personally haven’t try it since my been in France .
Because of this I give you three stars fear enough.

Very poor service and unreliable hotspot
I recently purchased a 300GB Lyca Mobile plan specifically to use the internet through hotspot for my TV and Xbox. However, whenever I connect my devices and start using the hotspot, my phone loses mobile service and shows “No Service.” This makes the plan practically useless for what I bought it for. I have checked my phone settings and the APN, but the problem continues. Very disappointing experience and I would like Lyca Mobile to properly investigate and fix this issue
