If you’re thinking about signing up with them because it’s cheaper, DON’T DO IT.
I have literally NEVER been able to use their service, and their support keeps telling me to do things through the app even though I’m LOCKED OUT OF IT.
Like, WTF am I supposed to do?!
AND THEY WON’T HELP YOU.
And somehow, even though I’ve never been able to use their service and can’t even access my account, they’re still billing me.

i think this company network is like a regular worker because at night the network couverage is so bad i cant even access gmail - i live in paris for god sacke - forget about watching a video or playing video games online i came from africa where services is bad but lyca manage to beat that 3rd world sim provider do better than this company i wouldnt recomand this company even for my worst enemies i wont wait until end of the month lyca sim card belongs in the trash
