Great communication from host, who was happy to answer any queries.
Great location, very close to sea front, shops and a fantastic local bakery serving the best coffee and breakfasts/brunch.
Accommodation was tidy and clean, and towels provided. Make sure to take spare toilet roll though as we had run out by day 4 as a party of 5 adults and one child.
Outside space great to have, but be mindful of steep steps to the garden.
Would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location for wandering around Lyme Regis. We made use of the lovely garden for dinners in the evening. Check in and out made really easy with the lock box and information from Mark. Would definitely come back.

The flat was very well presented. It had recently been painted and was spotless. It is also very well equipped. It is a very interesting Georgian House in the countryside and therefore very peaceful

Great accommodation in a fantastic position in Lyme Regis. Well equipped and very comfortable. Would stay again.

Cosy accommodation enough room for four of us.good to have free parking and be close to town centre. Loved some of the John Lewis furnishings and kitchen equipment. A few games would have been nice for the evenings . Shower cubicle is quite small on third floor.but overall enjoyed our stay .

Sundial House is a wonderful place to stay. Location is perfect, right on the beach, and everyone enjoyed gazing out to sea, and going to sleep to the sound of the waves...
This beautiful Arts and Crafts house is unique but I imagine layout could be a bit awkward for some guests. It was well equipped, clean and warm - and we would love to visit again.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with all amenities provided. Property could have benefitted with some pictures on the bare walls, otherwise no complaints at all. Had one issue during our stay regarding the Netflix connection. This was efficiently resolved by Mark over the telephone who also gave us a potted history of Bellair House.

Brilliant stay in Lyme Regis and Teal house. Rarely have we experienced a self catering home, so well equipped as Teal house. it makes such a difference to a stay to be in lovely surroundings, with everything you need at hand. The house exceeded our expectations. The location is also perfect with easy access to the main part of Lyme Regis with cafés, bakeries, restaurants and pubs within a stones throw of the house. And let’s not forget the coastline just beautiful. Highly recommend Teal House and all the other houses within this organization.

Fantastic location just a short walk to the beach and amenities. The house is very well equipped and there is plenty of room to accommodate two families on each floor or extend family. The stairs to the 2nd floor are quite steep.

The Garden Flat exceeded our expectations. Not only is the property beautiful and spacious, there were lovely touches throughout such as local biscuits and coffee pods waiting for us after the long drive, plus premium body wash and hand soaps. Mark’s responsiveness and clear communication, along with ease of parking, made accessing the property totally stress-free. We can’t wait to return!

Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean and spacious. Lovely secure garden and so close to everything Lyme Regis has to offer.

Location of the cottage is fantastic - close to excellent bakery, fish & chip shop and a very short walk to the beach. Could have been cleaner and having all the heating off when you walk in in the winter was not good. Pub opposite on Friday and Saturday night is very loud!

House was lovely and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped (even for a couple of chefs!). Comfy beds too.
We spent hours just looking out to sea and watching people pass by.
Will certainly try to return before too long.

We had a lovely time in the Teal House at Lyme Regis. Great location and the house was beautiful and had everything we could have needed!

Fabulous accommodation with very high standard of furnishings. Very comfortable excellent kitchen and equipment. Outstanding location
Instruction booklet with information out of date which meant a phone call to the company. Poor communication about door code but this was resolved

Our accommodation was lovely, very clean and very well-equipped.

Place spotless , all appliances you need, short walk to beach , ideal location.
Information pack brilliant , taxi, restaurants , walks, maps.
Would recommend , mark is very polite, welcoming and helpful
