I would like to thank Josh L for advising us to go ahead with a boundary neighbour dispute, as I was reluctant in the first instance, as didn't want to end up in a long standing battle. Josh however started corresponding with the neighbours and in a very short space of time, we had a successful result. The neighbours removed what they had to and have been very pleasant about it. This has brought great relief to us, as we felt it would have created a problem if we ever wanted to sell our house in the future. I have an ongoing RTA claim which is over 2 years old now - its an automated service and they take a minimum of 5 days to respond to any form of communication - this is not customer service as you are not treated like a customer.
i was told that my claim was valued at £3k, then it dropped to £995 and then when questioned went to £1.4k.
i was told that it might go to court but you wont be needed in court - then i was told i am needed in court?
absolute shambles.
if trust pilot had minus stars then Lyons Davidson would have them.

Really poor service.
Did not deal with my requests in a timely manner. Kept requesting same information. When I asked for all my case information back, so i could go elsewhere, did not respond for in an appropriate manner. 1 year on and I am still waiting for a resolution. Avoid, avoid avoid!

We were handed over by our home insurer to challenge a local rogue trader who had fitted an en-suite that was leaking in many different areas. We had spent most of past year trying to get a resolution directly.
Communication was intermittent. When finally spoke to case handler we were told not going to take case any further as the trader had offered to return- he had done this numerous times and never showed or communicated with us- when told the case handler this she was cold and had no interest in these facts. If you follow same path as we do and get passed to these jokers don’t waste your time.
