We’ve recently had Solar panels
We’ve recently had Solar panels, loft insulation and storage/ panel heaters fitted by Macbrook gas under a Government scheme all free of charge. The initial contact was through lifetime savings who helped deal with getting permission for the grants and then handed us over to Macbrook gas.
We have one small issue, which was a lack of information about what was going to be replaced, we have spoken to Macbrook about this and they have said it will be reviewed.
This aside the whole process with the trades people who attended our property were nothing other than charming and professional. They seemed to just want to please. The fact that no money has been payed for such a wonderful service clearly demands 5 stars and our full gratitude.

I am SO happy with how professional , friendly and reliable they have been . From start to finish I have been kept up to date with the whole process by very friendly staff . The lads that came to fit my new heating system were absolutely brilliant and friendly , when the work was completed they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves , all rubbish and old heating appliances were picked up and taken away within 2hrs! This was a first class experience by all staff involved including the lovely Megan who called me to see how well it had gone! Well done to MacBrook Gas Ltd . Outstanding ! Thank you so very much .

Cannot fault the work carried out
Initial conversations were great and the work that was carried out could not be faulted at all. Through the ECO4 scheme we had solar panels, heat pump, radiators and new pipe work fitted. This was all done in 5 days. We are still waiting 2 months later for all certificates to come through and final snagging bits to be completed which is frustrating but can't fault them otherwise. Friendly team, tidy and respectful of our property.

Excellent commutation throughout , from survey to start of work, scaffolding up while I was at work , neat and tidy ,solar panels fitted on day 2 same again wouldn’t know they’d been. At home day 3 for solar panels to be wired up , neat tidy , no mess and explained everything. Day 4 , installed storage heaters x3 and 2 blow down heaters ( bathroom and kitchen). All done by 2 friendly fitter’s, neat and tidy, cleaned up and explained everything I needed to know. Even had a visit from office to see if I was happy with everything going on , and also a Curtesy call after a long weekend . Thank you everyone involved.

All of the tradesmen that fitted our loft insulation, solar panels and heating system were very friendly and polite throughout . They explained everything they were doing during this process which was very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Macbrook Gas, and thanks to all the people who were involved. Installation fine, paper work inccorect and no further help
Had my solar panels installed by Macbrookgas Ltd in January 24, installation was fine unfortunately there was an error in the MPAN number on the MCS certificate which after numerous promises by them to correct over the last several months they have failed to do so and I am left unable to get a feed in tariff to help with my bills.

Ongoing issue
Ive had an ongoing problem with an error code. Ive had a few differently technicians around but still getting the problem. Then Matt arrived and said he would fix the problem. His confidence and knowledge has filled me with confidence and his passion and work ethic is brilliant. He spent all day making sure everything was done correctly. Also making sure he cleaned up and didn't make a mess. Can't praise Matt enough, its still early days but hopefully the job is done. Well done Matt, great guy, highly recommended

Macbrook installed Air source heat pump with Solar panels.
Macbrook installed loft insulation including extractor fans last year, and have recently completed the Air source heat pump with solar panels fitting.
So many workmen on site during the week, could have been intimidating, but everyone of them polite, courteous, and most of all, professional. Highly recommended.
Early days yet, with the new system, time will tell with it's effectiveness.

I had window vents and Full loft insulation installed in my Suffolk Maisonette. The process was very professional from the survey right through to an efficient morning installation, which I commend the two chaps for, as it was a very warm day
Good company and so nice to get it done via the warm homes scheme.

My experience of the Macbrook Gas and the Warm Homes scheme…
My experience of the Warm Homes scheme was a bit challenging as the scheme is complex but Macbrook Gas were very easy to work with.
Getting all the paperwork and info sorted wasn't easy, especially as I had to work with 3 agencies.
However, Freya and Charlotte at Macbrook Gas dealt with all my issues very efficiently and all was sorted in the end.
Connor and Bradley fitted new loft insultation. Ed, Vaughn and team installed the boiler and sorted out the electrics.
I'm very happy with my new combi boiler and have hot water and radiators that heat up efficiently!
Follow up with Pam was great, ensuring that I was happy with the work

We had an air source heat pump and solar installed.
This mostly went to plan, the engineers were good and professional.
The problem is the follow-up, getting remedial work done, and getting (correct) certificates has proven very difficult; emails and calls do not get replies.

We had Solor Panels and Heat source pump installed by this company. This involved a lot of work especially as radiators and boiler had to be removed.
From start to finish everything ran smoothly. Would like to thank everyone involved especially Josh and Sam as they were here all week.
At all times they were brilliant even when the heat was unbearable especially when working in the loft. They made sure that everything was clean and tidy before they left.

Terrific effort from Macbrook Gas and team.
Great work from the Macbrook team. Just a matter of a few weeks from initial enquiry to total heating refit with solar. Extraordinary effort from Kane, Daniel, Ben, Ethan and Liam plus Danny (sparks) to strip and refit in three days despite being hampered by a late delivery of all the kit. Scaffolding and solar, (Lewis and the boys), like clockwork and finally with Joss(sparks) connecting up the day after. Also an unexpected call in person from Kim during the week from the office just to make sure that we were happy with the progress of the job. That's service! Couple of snags post job but just a phone call into the office and a visit next day from an engineer to iron out a couple of drips etc. Thanks Wayne.
Can't fault this company and would have no hesitation in recommending MacBrook gas.
