From the initial point of contact with Macbrook there was great communication and no enquiry seemed to be too much trouble.
The installers were personable and easy to have around, working with efficiency and consideration.
Everyone who worked on our installation was polite and conscientious and did a first rate job, thank you.

Cannot praise this company enough. From start to finish the service has been impeccable. Office staff fantastic. All the guys that came to the property were efficient, polite and friendly. Respected my property. Very professional. Very tidy and all rubbish removed.

Excellent service from Macbrook Gas from start to finish installing solar panels and air source heating in our home! Particular mention to Simon who went above and beyond to offer advice and spend time explaining everything in detail following the installation.

From start to finish of the process of fitting solar panels and heat pump to replace our oil fired boiler through the ECO4 Flex scheme I have no complaints about Macbrook Gas.
All staff were polite and helpful throughout and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
I could raise a couple of minor quibbles and only give 4 stars but in all honesty the same issues would probably have arisen whoever did the work.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Macbrook Gas again and will almost certainly do so for annual servicing of the heat pump and possible additional work with the solar system.

We have just had EC04 heating fitted in our bungalow all free. The whole process was just amazing from start to finish. Solar panels simply the best free electric and a cheaper rate too. All plumbers electricians scaffolding solar panel team and the guys who came to take all the rubbish away were all excellent polite and tidy. No faults at all. They explained how every thing worked a few times as a lot to take in. All this was done in 3 days amazing. I can’t thank them enough brilliant people. The people in the office were brilliant people too any questions solved straight away. Thank you to all of you. xx

Teamwork was the name of the day all teams plumbers electricians solar panel fitters all worked well together.
Place was clean and tidy at the end of the day especially so on the last day.All teams made sure we were happy with what was happening. On the last day everything was explained to us and left numbers to contact if we got in a muddle after they left . Kain and Danny were the last to leave and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy

Very professional from start to finish. The team that fitted the central heating system were polite, professional but also able to have a laugh. Tidied up after themselves. Would recommend to anyone.

Very professional company, helpful personnel and the workmen performed the works very well, very little mess made and hopefully we will see a reduction in our heating bills next winter, thanks.

Excellent service, arrived on time worked hard and efficiently, very neat installation of boiler, and all necessary pipe work, no mess at all, everything explained how to work thermostat etc. all waste removed😊

Macbrook surveyed my house and told me I was entitled to Loft insulation and solar panels under a government grant scheme (combined with my local council). Once the grant was confirmed a date was booked for each of the two installations, (one day for each), the scaffolders arrived on the day before and the work was completed within the day allocated each time. The tradesmen (installation staff?) were totally respectful and polite, the completed job was neat and tidy, if there were choices to make during the installations I was consulted on each occasion (cable routing and meter positioning etc.). Both installations were completed with little fuss and minimal inconvenience, rubbish and packaging was cleared up and removed by them at the time leaving my house neat and tidy. A Macbrook van turned up the following day to check that everything was ok and that there was nothing to clear up. On the two occasions I needed to speak with the office staff they were nothing but helpful and polite, throughout the whole experience I find nothing on which to fault the company or their tradesmen, some of the tradesmen were contractors from other companies but this report covers them as well. Five stars well earned..!

Awful company. I had to chase them loads. They didn't attend appointments when they said they would. They lied and told us we could get a our loft insulation replaced with them and then said we couldn't. AVOID!!

Macbrook gas Ltd also trade as ABS ECO LTD. 6 months and still not completed left with no heating or hot water over the weekends, vandalised my home ripped out any metal they could leaving holes in the walls boiler flue not sealed, cowboys and rude.

Macbrook gas LTD did the Install after I received the Grant for the ECO 4 Flex Route.
The team were professional , friendly , and very helpful.
Their communication was excellent throughout the process.
I had a heat pump installed , solar panels , radiators and wall insulation and plastering done.
They did a great job.
Even after they left the job and I had queries , the friendly receptionists were always on hand to pass the queries on, which were always resolved very quickly.
I highly recommend Mac brook gas.

Macbrook Gas are a very professional company I had a boiler and heating controls fitted, the job was everything that I expected, the fitters were polite and extremely efficient.

Just a quick note to say thanks to all the MacBrook Gas staff for the boiler replacement today. All done and set up in one day and everywhere in the house left tidy. Really happy!!!
