I was very sceptical initially that I was eligible for energy upgrades to my house effectively at no charge to myself but I did some research and it looked legitimate so I went ahead with the install.

I am very grateful as the upgraded insulation was installed promptly by the MacBrook installers and I am already seeing the benefits. The house is already warmer and more comfortable and I'm using less energy at a time when the bills were becoming a worry.

I'm really gateful to the MacBrook Gas team who very great to deal with throughout the process.

Great company to deal with from the initial survey to finished installation couldn’t have been easier. Great customer service with the office staff keeping me updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

The engineer arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue with my central heating system.
He carried out the work and explained what had gone wrong. He then refilled the system, checked that all radiators were working efficiently, advised on best temperature to set the boiler.
Everything was left spick and span. Overall a stress free
experience.

I’m very happy with the work that we have had done last week, I had some old horrible looking storage heaters in my house which have now been replaced with air source heat pump , nice modern radiators, hot water tank and solar panels . I was a bit concerned at the start to what I was getting myself into but now all the work has been done, working well and saving money . To top this off it’s not cost my nothing ! The workers were very efficient , different trades in and out - work was all complete within a week brilliant ! I would highly recommend This company to anyone , but don’t leave the biscuits out when the plumbers are there because u won’t have any left !

James and matt installed our air source unit. They were both extremely respectful and the job was completed to an outstanding level. The pipe work was exceptional, and during the install rather than leaving us with no heating they went and collected electric heaters and brought them back so we would not be left without heating any evening throughout the install. in my eyes, this is going above and beyond for the customer and we couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism carried out from the whole company.


Excellent customer service.
We had a gas central heating system installed and the service provide was amazing. Brian and Adam were very well mannered and got the job done to an amazing standard within the time frame given. We had a few technical difficulties with the set up once the system was installed however after my phone call with Caroline in the office I had an engineer with me within the hour and the technical difficulty was corrected and have had no problems since.
Fantastic efficiency and brilliant customer service all round.

Recently had a new heating system installed and the team at Macbrook were excellent! The process from start to finish was great and the team really helped to inform me about the new system as I had not heard much about heat pumps previously. The install was completed as planned and the lads were tidy and were really helpful in explaining how to use the system and set up all the timings for me. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Had Macbrook in to fit our heat pump and solar along with internal wall insulation All I can say is wow job was completed quickly , and to a high standard .Workers were very polite and cleaned up after them . I would recommend them.

Cameron and team have been fitting our heating system this week and I can not thank them enough! The team work together like a well oiled machine each knowing what the other is doing and in what order. Our home being made from chalk and flint is not the easiest property to work in as I know from previous projects, yet nothing was to much for these guys. Cameron himself walked me around the property to explain where everything would be going making sure we were happy and again after making sure I understood everything and was happy. Went into great detail about the system itself and exactly how to work it to its best potential making sure we get the most out of it. Extremely impressed with Cameron and the teams work!

We have recently had a heat pump fitted by Chris and the team, Danny, Richard and others (sorry, can't remember everyone's names) but they were all fantastic. Polite, professional and extremely hard working. The install took 4 days, it wasn't straight forward owing to our property but the quality of work was outstanding. At the end of every day they ensured their work area was spotless. Upon completion I was shown the system, how it worked and how to operate the necessary controls. I can't praise the team enough. Thank you all.

I had a replacement boiler installed to an Ideal Logic C30. It’s only been 2 weeks since it was fitted but my home feels a lot warmer than previously.
It was installed within one day and very happy with the service.

About 3 months ago we had the heat source pump installed, we were on oil, when asked how we have got on I must say, we are very pleased with this company from the fitting which the crew were very good clearing up after them selves, to servicing. It’s not as hot as oil but after you get used to it it is very good takes a little longer to get up to temperature we are both over 78 so use the temperature up to 21/22 off at night, yesterday it cost £5 21p for all our needs, ie heating, cooking, water heating, and that’s February looking fawards to June, just give them a ring and get the facts, there’s money to save? And you’re all green, that’s a green tick to them.

I would like to say how pleased I am with Sam, Cameron and Ben who finished installing my new air source heat pump, today. They are all very knowledgeable, efficient, polite and clean up after themselves. Once the job was complete, Sam went through my new heating system with me, answering any questions I had. I have no hesitation in recommending Sam, Cameron or Ben.

I Had an Air source heat pump and solar panels fitted by macbrook. Couldn’t fault them from start to finish they were brilliant.
