MAC Cosmetics Reviews 

I have bought a Mac pro blow definer twice at £24 each time from boots. The first time I bought it about less than 3 weeks ago, I used the difiner about 4 times ans it stopped working, I returned it to boots who happily replaced it. The new one they gave me about 2 weeks ago, I had used about 6 times, again it stopped working. Yet it doesn't break but when you roll it, it just doesn't bring the tiny pencil anymore.

I have reason to be this is a faulty batch or a fake MAC from boots. Its such a scam to buy it for £24 and only use it a handful of times and it appears run out. I lost the recipient and I can't even return it for a refund

I used to buy yash it was the best and since they changed it, Its not the same the lipstick its big itsself but the colour and texture are wrong
Why did they have to change it so bad

MAC at Etobicoke. My daughter and I went for a Bridal makeup session with Shar and it was an wonderful experience. Shar really listened, shared information about what they were doing, and made sure my daughter was very happy with her makeup session. They went above and beyond. I would recommend Shar to any "Bride to be" without hesitation.

What a shame!!
MAC used to be a good brand of cosmetic make up. Not anymore.
It’s now poor quality and expensive.

I recently bought the duo eye shadow and a lip pencil.
The colour of the eye shadow is very dull and the powder doesn’t seem to stay on. The colour doesn’t show at all on the eye lids and it doesn’t stay on when applied with a brush.
At £30 a pop I think I won’t buy it again.
Very disappointing product and poor quality.
With all the other make up products available on the market. I’ll use a different brand from now on.

Cardiff shop- Extremely rude employees- making you feel uncomfortable. Very rude tone of voice, I can understand why the shop is always empty

2 weeks and still no refund. Absolute joke.

Awful experience, 2 weeks and still no delivery. Tried to call and after 15 mins on hold I hung up, tried to use email address on it bounced as non recognised. You can’t speak to anybody!

I ordered a month ago and still no update on tracking re delivery date. For the cost this is a very poor service.

I’ve used Mac foundation for the past 5 years without any problems. But for some reason the last most recent foundation i purchased broke me out. It had my face swollen and itchy for a week. I really had some sort of allergic reaction. I don’t know if they have changed the formula ingredients or what??? I’ll never use it again. I previously had the same issue with the concealer as well and had to stop using it also.. Never again..

It is one of my favourite brands and I have bought cosmetics from them numerous times. Their customer services is good and the products are of best quality.

We went to the Mac Cosmetics store in the Westfield Centre after another shop had let us down, not honouring our booking for my daughter’s wedding make up trial. Kit was amazing. She managed to fit us in with very little notice after recognising how upset my daughter was. She was really patient, explained everything she was doing, looked at what colours would suit Lizzie and what overall look she wanted to achieve.
I can’t praise her enough. Lizzie looked beautiful and although we did purchase quite a lot of items, there was no hard sell and we were left to decide what we wanted.
I would definitely go back to Kit and the Mac store. Thank you for making a difficult day into a great one!

Poppy from Belfast Vic Sq store was really friendly, matched me with a new foundation perfectly and helped me with a new lip liner. Created an account so now I'll never forget my shades, fab service, she's Fantastic

I gave M.A.C. a new chance and went to their Nude Launch party in Cologne, full of hope to learn something new. No structure, no agenda, no demos with tipps (in the first half of the event at least). There was no chance to get any "fun" for the blog, unless you fake it by posing to numerous selfie spots in the shop. M.A.C. should really rethink its engagement strategy. I give it a 2 star because they have turned off the "guy with the glitter"-styled pictures in their newsletter from my last megative review. But I still have a feeling that they have no direction as a company. And it was a very good brand 5 years ago.

Booked a make up review with MAC at the John Lewis store in Cambridge. The advisor on the day was Lydia who was welcoming, professional, and empathetic. She made the experience a pleasure as well as informative. With updated suggestions and individual guidance given, the session was time well spent. I left having made some well considered purchases which I shall enjoy using. PM

I bought the pro brow definer and after 1 week the pen is empty. Every time I used it a small tip of the “crayon” would fall off. Did not matter how gentle I tried to be with it. Such a waste of money and worst brow pen I have ever used - and on top of that pretty expensive. The cheapest brow pen is better than this one. Don’t waste your money on it.

Came to Mac braehead not knowing much about makeup and looking for a concealer and a mascara. I was helped by a lovely lady called Ujala who was very helpful. She helped me to try various concealers based on the foundation I bought the last time (saved on the Mac system). Ujala knew exactly what colours would go with the foundation and helped me to choose the best one for my skin type.

I purchased a lipstick from the Sephora Store at Square One and after using it twice the lipstick broke right to the bottom. I don't have the receipt. I wasn't planning on returning it. I am getting the run around but no one is doing anything to fix my problem It is not there money so what do they care.
I have purchased these lipsticks before and never an issue. NEVER SHOPPING MAC PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN!!!
