If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered through app on daughter’s birthday! The driver was rude. Drink sprite spilled on food and stone cold anyway. Tried to get a refund no chance. Delivery company took no responsibility either

Delivering cold and highly dangerous food, with the high potential off giving you serious food poisening. Phone them to complain no one answers. These people are going to kill someone. The manager of the Tonypandy store is clear ignorant to the potential poisen they are delivering. Ignores all phone calls to store and should be sacked imediately. You are going to poisen someone with the food you are delivering

I repeatedly get let down with delivery…

I repeatedly get let down with delivery of online orders. There were 7 items missing from my latest order. When I completed the request for a refund, it was declined. I’ve now made a formal complaint via the online delivery provider. Get your act together MacDonalds. This just isn’t good enough.

Ordered through the McDonald’s app

Ordered through the McDonald’s app, waited over an hour for my food just for it to turn up stone cold! The fries were hard and stale, they obviously left my order on the side and forgotten about it! Sort it out. McDonald’s Biggleswade!!

Rip off, and nearly paid twice

First of all I pay for a box of mac n cheese triangles and get a bag with 4 in. Wasn't going again but thought my lad wants his mc spicy, unfortunately on paying the cashier says it's all gone through, then at the collection point she saying I haven't paid. Had to park up to walk back to the payment window with cars driving through, just for her to say manager says it's OK no need to pay, thinking they let me off as a good suggestion. But I checked bank money had gone out. So if I had paid again they would have charged me twice. Guess we done with McDonald's now, know more regular visits, kid will miss it but he understands

Loyalty app useless

App is useless. I hav / had multi free items that I can not claim as the one time code comes back as invalid. T As of to day his has need the case for nearly 3 weeks.
The I can’t claim the prizes. And won’t be any to as they expire tonight
I can’t use my points. As again the code given us invalid.
This loyalty app hardly ever works

If you want racist treatment and be talked to as a child then visit the most racist restaurant at McDonald’s tilst in Aarhus Denmark - they have a maneger there Victoria or Caroline or something - wow- I didn’t know people like that still were around - I swear I will never set foot again in any McDonalds even when I’m traveling - that was it for me !!!

I ordered UR PANCAKES WITH EXTRA BACON $2.93 for EXTRA BACON! After reporting”missing” EXTRA BACON TWICE”, I FOUND OUT MCDONALDS “ONLY” INCLUDES 1 1/2 PIECES OF BACON ON ORIGINAL ORDER AND ORDERING EXTRA BACON AT A COST OF $2.93, YOU GET ANOTHER 1 1/2 PIECES OF BACON!!!! Macdonald cynics

It all makes sense now; Macdonalds cynically loves the external company delivery services because they act as buffers to any legitimate complaint. I ordered food for my family today and apart from being late the food was totally cold. I spent nearly £400 with Macdonalds over the monopoly offer and before that and they treat good customers like me with disdain. Total c**p

What a horrible experience this…

What a horrible experience at this lower earley store. 9/10 times your order is incomplete or items missing. Went to a drive thru this morning to only realise 1 mc muffin meal was missing. Had to take break from work to grab a quick breakfast but shame they miss reading the order slip/receipt. Can’t leave work and go back to argue. Shame !! Wish Mc Donald’s management can get this changed.

Heinous

The branch in Manchester Picadilly gardens has to be one of the roughest, awful branches they have.

They charge a ridiculous £9.00 for a breakfast meal deal and a second coffee, which looks like its been scraped together out of a skip and thrown together.

The Coffee is awful and barely cold and then you are greeted with every heroin addict in the city that they just sit inside bothering people

Avoid it if you value money, and safety

Give this store a miss At Prescott retail park

Ordered food at 11.01am and was still waiting for food at 11.50. Went to counter to check. Order didn’t not go through but my money had. Cafe was not busy inside. Girl asked me what I had ordered and said food would come in 5min. Food came at 11.55. Not the best. Haven’t been here for 2 years and was not impressed with the set up. Ordered 3 ice creams at 12.05 and these took 15 mins rot arrive. Poor poor poor

never buying anything from mcondalds.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at McDonald’s Woolwich 3 Pettman Cres, London SE28 0FF. On 10/10/2025 I visited the restaurant as a customer, but days later I received a Parking Charge Notice from MET Parking Services alleging I had left the premises. I provided evidence that I had been inside McDonald’s, but my appeal was still rejected.

This is deeply unfair for several reasons:

I was a genuine customer yet still penalised.

The signs are not clear enough to warn visitors about the restrictions.

Aggressive enforcement by MET Parking Services creates stress and makes customers feel unwelcome.

It’s unacceptable that McDonald’s allows a private parking firm to target genuine customers in this way. Until this is fixed, I will not be returning and I’d advise others to be very careful if they park here avoid the resturant in general not worth eating there, im spending £24 on meal and i got a £100 fine on top of it... The food was cold and shit anyway never again.

I tried the new spicy chicken burger…

I tried the new spicy chicken burger with pineapple this evening and I was very disappointed. I thought that I would like it but it is so spicy that I couldn’t eat it! The fries with the sour cream shaker were nice and the new black pepper and garlic nuggets were nice but we waited quite a long time and the food could have been hotter.

Charged twice. Terrible food.

Ordered on the app, to the wrong restaurant. The manager at Blackpole Worcester told me the payment wouldn’t have gone through, so I re-ordered. Turns out it had gone through, so charged twice and then they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. The fries were half full and the burgers were the worst I’ve seen in a McDonalds. Won’t go back. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
