Ordered the Grinch Meals with free socks and didn’t receive the socks and missing meal items. Quality of the food wasn’t very good either.
Had them delivered by Just Eats

20 minutes waiting in the drive through for the last several visits. Staff allow 4 consecutive cars through who arrived 10 minutes after me. This is Talbot Green McDonald's. Absolutely shocking every time for the last few months. They've lost customers.

Inedible food that was cold and stale.
Thus has happened the last three times it was ordered.
Never again a waste of money.

I don’t eat at McDonald’s that often when I do the food is not gormet but okay… what I hate and find unreasonable is when they take my money promising a vanilla milkshake but deliver a flavour - be it chocolate or banana 🤮 false sales why not just a say they don’t do it ….,every time whatever it’s not vanilla and goes in the bin 💸

Spent £28 on 2 meals to be delivered and was freezing cold. Had to warm in the microwave, absolutely disgusting won’t be doing again a waste of money. This was Mcdonald’s Grantham

I ordered on the app for delivery. Spent £18.50! For nuggets. Fries. Children's happy meal and two cokes. Only two cokes games. I asked the delivery person where the food was. He told me it wasn't his fault and I should contact mcdonakds through the app. Did this through the text got told it's in their policy not to refund me. I asked what my next steps are at complaining they ended the chat. I rand the mcdonalds in glasshoughton they gave me a number. The number said I should use the messaging service that told me I wouldn't get refunded. I used mcdonalds chat. They then responded via email and offered me one meal voucher ! It's crazy. I paid £18.50 for two cokes ! Genuinely nit ordering from mcdonalds again. They always mess my order up in someone. Plantt if other takeaways that deserve the business over mcdonalds.

ordered delivery and it had been 2 hours so I phoned the store and was informed they were busy but I will get my order however after another hour the order was cancelled absolute joke as it’s my wonderful child birthday and just caused chaos in the house

Mcdonalds Camborne food freezing. £67 for the order no straws, no dips, no service. Actually he worst restaurant. Avoid…..

I sat at McDonalds Marina Way Hartlepool for 40 minutes just for a chresburgwr a double cheeseburger and small fries...then today the App crashed and they had no knowledge of my order and got double charged

Deadfening awful music. It was so loud that the staff could not hear me when I asked to have it turned down. It was still too loud when they pretended they had turned it down.
Absolutely awful experience with my granddaughter.

Swanley kent. Asked for hot milk. They said they are not allowed to put it in. So I asked for cold milk. They can't put that in. So i had to stand there doing it myself. But if you ask for hot milk when you order, it is OK. So what is the difference. What a rubbish organisation. No stars.

Well I thought Just Eat were bad enough for not refunding cold food or spilled drink, so I changed to the Macdonalds app that uses Uber and they have the same policy. Strange that if you got that service in a restaurant you’d get a replacement, whereas home delivery they couldn’t care a less. I’m looking up the Macdonalds CEO to see if he knows what happens with both delivery partners.

I placed an online order, waited over an hour only to receive cold, incomplete food. Contacting customer support felt impossible and the staff shrugged off my concerns. This experience was unacceptable and has completely eroded my trust in the brand.

Ordered 2 £5 meal deals, was charged £10.13. Very disappointed, this is false advertising!

I recently visited the McDonald's located on Pettman Crescent SE28, and I had a very unpleasant experience. The managers on duty, Chris (Polish) and Saki (Indian), were extremely aggressive in the way they spoke to me. I was not allowed to finish my food, as they told me l could not stay inside for more than five minutes to consume my order.
Their attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I believe customers should be treated with respect, and I hope this issue will be addressed.

I pay £12.77'for food at McDonald's and you want to charge me 10p for ketchup after paying that much after you took away the ability to get out own ketchup from inside the stores?

No wonder McDonald's is empty. no one can afford it. I can guarantee you I put a complaint in just to waste your staffs time and get some money back on the meal I paid for.

If you’re going to renew a mobile App why have you made such a mess of it. It’s now the most confusing app in the world. Remember the mobile app is supposed to speed up the order process! It now takes me 3 times longer to do an order in fact I gave up yesterday.
Sort yourselves out McDonald’s or the third party who you now out source this to.

Poor service, cold chips, no dips no napkins or receipt.
